So greatful for Gerrid Clark and Best Breathing! After my home was flooded with water and sewage from hurricane Florence they came out quickly and did a thorough job of removing the mold from my home. "Normally we would thank the customer for the feedback like we have on the rest of our reviews. In this case I will not thank you for your review. We came to your condo and did a very in-depth mold remediation on your entire condo for $3800 dolllars which took us 3 days from start to finish. You would never have gotten that kind of price from any other company. When we arrived you made a comment about having to hire someone to remove all your carpet. Trying to help you we offered to remove your carpet from your home and haul it away for free, in which we did. We also removed two layers of wall paper from your entire house. When the job was complete you and your wife met me at your condo to do a walk through. You found a small scratch on your end table that you claimed wasn't there before we started, so I gave you $200 dollars for the scratch which well exceeded the value of the end table. You and I walked through the entire house and looked at everything. When we were done with the walk through you said you were happy with all the work we have done. At that time you then paid the bill once you were satisfied with the job we did for you because we don't get paid until it's ok. That is our company slogan. You also gave us a 5 star rating and a great review. 6-8 months later you come back to Home Advisor and changed your rating from five star to a one star and then changed your great review to a false and malicious review after the painter that you hired, whom we don't know and have never met, told you the sheetrock was damaged and he needed to charge $2600 more dollars to fix scratches and a hole in the sheetrock. My question to you is, if there was all that damage on the sheetrock why did you and I not see these issues when we looked at every square inch of this property before we got paid? This is a false and very unfair review and rating. We went above and beyond the call of duty and did much more for you than what we agreed to do."
