I highly recommend Best Breathing! They responded within hours to a water related emergency I had in my condo due to a severe plumbing issue in the unit above me. They had a full team working on the removal of walls, insulation, and cabinets within 24 hours after being notified. This enabled them to quickly begin drying the wet areas and prevent the risk for mold. Gerrid provided status of the project on a regular basis and was very transparent on what was being done.

**Caveat emptor**. If you choose to do business with Mr. Clark, be certain to get absolutely everything he says IN WRITING! And make sure you are crystal clear about what you are getting for what you are paying. He charges a king's ransom for his work and will not acknowledge HIS MISTAKES!
