Had them come do a simple tv wall mount over a week ago and while they were here the mount ripped out of the wall leaving holes in the wall and the TV sitting on the ground. They left the house shortly after unsuccessfully securing the TV to the wall and assured me that they would take care of the problem ASAP. A representative from their claims company contacted me the next day and it took another 2 weeks for any updates on payment or repair or any other information about the process. We decided to hire them to do the install to have it done correctly and quickly before the holidays. Also, if it didn't fall while they were here it could have fallen on our 6 month old girl while she was playing in the area. Very disappointed and will never use their services again. Now they want me to spend the time researching another contractor to do the repairs and send them an estimate.
