They installed plantation shutters throughout my entire condo. This was in late 2017 and since then the white shutters are now yellow. I had notified the salesman 6 months ago- Danny - who installed and sold the shutters to me and he said he did not work there anymore. He gave me the name of the owner who I called and he came to my house - Manny - arrived and looked at the plantation shutters and agreed that they were discolored and should be replaced under the manufacturers warranty which is 30 years. He said he wanted to go back to his office and speak to the manufacturer but I never heard from him again. I have tried to reach him but he does not reply. I will have to proceed accordingly to have the defective blinds replaced or the money returned to me. I have always had a fear of white shutters that turn yellow so I was very careful not to have that happen to me. Now I have to spend my time dealing with this!!! If there is a warranty on the material then where is it!

Very profesional.

He arrived exactly on time. I had drapes to install in 3 rooms and one room had 4 windows. He installed them exactly as I asked. For example, our bedroom has nice molding above the windows. There were 2" brown rods with 2" rings on there, making it hard to see the molding.. The installer dropped down my 1" rods and no rings perfectly, so we can see the molding and the 108" panels are slightly above the carpet. He installed tie back and used rings in 2 bedrooms.

We have received wonderful customer service from the owner (Manny Sr.). We received wrong estimate from them but we able to work it out with the owner. I do recommend them but make sure verify the estimate & product. They are professional and friendly people.
