I do not recommend this company for the following reasons: -They were 45 mins late so I did not even had time to give proper instructions -I asked them to clean one stain in the carpet, the advised they could but didn?t -the bathrooms were NOT cleaned. There was cleaning products residue as though no one even touched the walls of the shower. There was still residue in the toilet as well - I paid for 3.5-4 hours and 3 bedrooms but because they were late, the only cleaned one of the three bedrooms and only stayed for 2.5 hours instead of the entire time. No discount offered -They tried to leave without even touring the home with me to ensure it was cleaned. -when trying to pay, this was a DISASTER. I wanted to pay through the home advisor app but it was giving me issues which i contacted them about and I made him aware they were working to resolve. This company called me about 17 times, sent TONS of texts accusing me of not wanting to pay them though I showed VIDEO PROOF that the app was giving issues and continued to pressure me to pay through Venmo which is NOT the official payment site and would have no customer service guarantee. I was finally able to pay them after the issue with my app was fixed but they made this a NIGHTMARE! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
Response from Best Choice Painting & Maintenance - Facebook
"House required a very deep cleaning service, toilets had brown stains that couldn't come out with regular stain removers, washed dirty dishes as a courtesy, cleaned every corner of the house. We appreciate your feedback but also as a company we know when a client wants to get services for free by complaining and hoping they won't get charged. The customer only paid when I mentioned filing a claim at the courthouse, after 2 weeks of avoiding calls and texts, it took us 1 "courthouse text" to finally have the client proceed with the payment. The very unpleasant transaction."

Drywall - Install
Jean and his assistance did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. He removed the wallpaper, smoothed out any imperfections, replaced my drywall on one side, sealed the joints, primed and painted the walls and ceiling. Also, replaced my baseboards. Professional, meticulous, attention to detail, no shortcuts and quality materials. Jean kept me updated on the progress of the project. Showing me each step and explaining what was being done. No surprises other than doing little things that he didn't have to do. He was always punctual (important!) and completed the project within the required time. (Also important). I highly recommend Best Choice Remodel and will hire him again for another project I need done.
