Extremely poor workmanship. Did not follow manufacturer's installation requirements. Did not provide fire rated windows in fire zone. Other code violations. protection of our house from dirt and debris.

Our "Califorina Patio" add-on had an improper roof replacement 15 years ago with shoddy design and workmanship. We hired Best Choice Home Remodeling to remove that 450 Sq. Ft. roof completly and build up a proper one for such an almost flat surface. "Cool Roof" was the final layer. Excellent workmanship. Very satisfied.
