Best choice gave me dates for material delivery and installation of roof. Materials delivered on schedule but on date of install they were a no show. No call from them and when I called asking why they didn?t show up I was told it would be 10 more days. I refused this date so was given a date 4 days later. The crew came early and worked hard all day but didn?t finish. When I asked what now they said ?tomorrow.? They did not come back the next day to finish but they left roofing nails all over my driveway and deck and yard. I had to call to find out when the rest of the shingles would be installed and I was told they ran out of shingles and were having trouble locating more. They were going to call when the shingles were obtained but another week went by and no call from them. Once again I had to call to find out what was going on. Suddenly the shingles were on the truck and the crew was on the way. Only took them 5 hours to show up. When they completed the install and left there were still nails all over my deck. My yard man found more in the yard. There was no follow up and equipment was left in my driveway for two more weeks. I had to threaten to have the equipment hauled off before it was finally removed. Long story short, Best Choice has horrible customer service and cannot be trusted to follow through with anything they say.

The contact person Laurice was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The install went very well. They were on time, immediately got started, worked very quickly and cleaned everything up. I am very pleased.

Robert made everything very easy from the beginning. 10/10
