The price was exceptionally fair, and they worked my home in when there was an unexpected need for an immediate schedule change. The ladies worked really hard and cleaned the house where it had been badly cared for by former tenants, but when the ladies finished, it looked and smelled delicious. I hired this company to do a one time move in cleaning focusing on the refrigerator and the 2 1/2 baths. The ladies arrived on time as promised (+). After letting them into the empty home, I left to grocery shop as the biggest the refrigerator was supposed to be clean upon my returning. Upon returning to the home, I found the refrigerator still dirty. I ended up having to do the cleaning myself which was what I didn't want to do. The home is empty as I just signed a lease and wanted the refrigerator deep cleaned. I reached out to Caroline the contact manager and let her know that I was not satisfied with the cleaning service as the one thing I stressed for was not done. She said she would get back to me after speaking to the manager. I have no heard back from her yet. I would not hire them again. The rest of the home is empty... I should have just done it myself in the first place. I paid $100 to Best Clean Ever, LLC for me to do the job.

They did a great job cleaning my house. The price is great and I would recommend that anyone that is looking for a house cleaning at a great price that looks, smells and feels clean this is your company!

Best Clean Ever has been cleaning my house once a month for about 8 months thus far. They are very professional and do a great job. The customer service on the phone is also good, they are willing to work with you to reschedule if needed and address any concerns. I also appreciate the text message reminders they send the day before a cleaning!

I spoke with Suzie (Susie) over the phone and she was very polite, professional, personable, and accommodating. The ladies that serviced my home were sweet and professional.
