I REALLY wanted to give Clay a chance. He is nice and called regularly at first. After starting, would show up late, not call and even left some supplies. No wonder another reviewer said they borrow supplies because they were probably left somewhere else. Also wanted full payment up front IN CASH! #AINTHAPPENING! Work was fine, but final straw was finding out work done for my neighbor was never finished. Too many excuses. I think the people working for Clay should find someone else to work for because he is going to run their business in the ground due to poor management. #betterluckforyou

Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation

It took twice as long as estimated to complete the job. He under estimated the quantity of concrete twice, which means we had three pours for the job. The concrete is already starting to crumble at the edge after just two weeks; we have been told by another contractor that this is probably due to adding too much water into the final pour.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation

6 weeks to do a 5 day quote. Wouldn't show up for days on end - lots of nice days - and then blame it on the weather. Didn't call. Designed steps wrong - I had to do it. Would show up 3 hours after he was "on his way." Finished product looks terrible. Corner of Windsor retaining block wall is not even close to even because of blocks sticking out everywhere. Concrete steps are bowed where forms failed. Concrete corners are crumbling. When I pointed it out, he said, about the front of our house, "They're only steps." Lots of broken promises. Wish I could post pictures.

We had to have a 1/4" lip ground down around our fireplace so we could put hardwood on our floor. The man who showed up had no tarp or tent to contain the dust he generated. The dust poured out my front door so bad that I had 2 people ask if they should call the fire department. I will NEVER get all the dust out of my house. On his estimate he stated that part of the cost (way too high) was clean up. He asked to use MY vacuum cleaner and only pushed the dust around the area he ground. When we pulled the carpet back there was 2 inches of dust under the carpet. He'd be good for industrial work.

Retaining Wall Installation

Not very professional. Didn't start work til afternoon. BORROWING tools,clean-up supplies. Left dirt and leftover cement pieces and cement, in back yard.- Didn't have room in small truck!! - Had to re-do a corner that was done wrong initially!! Finished job looks good,but some aggrivating moments!!

"Thank you..we did what we suppose to do and we did extra work for this customer ..we drove almost 2 hours everyday from the Springs to Peyton to do her job..and no appreciation from this customer..the changes was a misunderstood between us but its a normal situation for this kinda job we do..point is job is done .Thanks"
