6/6/2012 Best Construction Brands of Colorado Springs Review. Hiring Best Construction Brands to work for me was a huge mistake. First and foremost dealing with Owner/CEO Ray Nation was the trying, difficult and even impossible at times. On April 6, 2021 I hired Best Construction Brands to remodel the master shower and the guest shower-tub combo in my home. The main reason I chose Best Construction Brands over a competitor was they could start the job in 5 weeks versus 10 weeks for a competitor. Owner/CEO Ray Nation also assured me his company could provide something or equal to the competitors for about $3,000 less. I?ll list the many reasons for my dissatisfaction with Best Construction Brands in numerical (chronological) order. 1. The salesperson for Best Construction Brand left me with illegible carbon copies of our contracts. This should have been a warning. 2. It took 2 calls to Best Construction Brands to get legible copies of the contract. 3. I never got responses to my emails from Best Construction Brands regarding what the shower doors, fixtures and shelving would look like. This info should have been provide by the sales person immediately at the time of sale. Another clue that screams buyer beware. 4. I finally called and talked with Owner/CEO Ray Nation of Best Construction Brands. What I got from Ray Nation is the first of his many ?woe is me stories?. First the salesperson I?d dealt with no longer worked for his company. Secondly he (Ray Nation) is very slow in returning emails, because he just gets so many, like I should just understand. 5. I finally got a picture of the shelves but none of the fixtures or shower door. 6. I'd been assured by Ray Nation that everything necessary to complete the job was available before the job was started. This was totally false. Guess what, another woe is me Ray Nation story?. Instead of a 1 week installation it was a 4 week installation with Best Construction Brand employees at my home at different time

Best Construction Brands provided us with timely service, great work and good value. At the end of the project the thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We were pleased.

Get everything in writing, especially the schedule. What was told would take 3 weeks took 7. Told certain days that things would be accomplished only to be told the day before that the timeline needed to be pushed back. Once work was done, the quality was very good. However, when paying as much as we did for a project and choosing this contractor over another similarly priced contractor because of the timing we were sold on, very disappointed from a customer service standpoint. Also, had to pay on top of quote for finish items they would not cover.

This company is amazing, they were ultra responsive, the gentleman that came to the house was professional and on top of everything, wonderful company.

We contracted with Best Construction to perform repairs to chain link fencing. Best Construction did an amazing job of getting the job done and before the client's deadline. We also needed additional repairs to our client's commercial building and Best Construction was able to deliver. They installed FRP in the restroom, new laminate in the showroom, plumbing work, ceiling tile replacement, paint and drywall work. This was also completed on time and made our client extremely happy. Our client was impressed with the workmanship and meeting a short deadline. I will definitely work with Best Construction again.
