Best's price estimate was fair and there were no suprises along the way. Mike, John and Chris were professional and replaced drywall, got floor and kitchen installed, painted and had electric upgraded in a timely manner as promised. They were neat and punctual and made our home livable again in a comparatively short amount of time. We would definitely recommend them.

Storm Door - Install
I purchased a storm door at Lowes. Lowes wanted too much money for installation and would take up to a week. So I figured I give it a try. I opened the box and realized I needed a professional to install. I went on Home Advisor and lead me to Mike. I needed to install this ASAP. Mike gave me an excellent price and sent a worker out within an hour. His worker (sorry, forgot his name) was a true gentleman and a professional. He did an excellent job and neat. I definitely will use him again and refer him to others. Kudos!!!

I did my research before hiring and Mike has an A+ from the better business bureau plus excellent reviews from various sites including home advisor and Angie's list. I had 3 estimates done and Mike's price was the best. Mike and his crew were friendly and professional, started the job on schedule and completed a new roof including new plywood in 2 days.. Plus his promise of a white glove job was not an exaggeration. In addition to the roof I had some electrical work done in my house which I am completely satisfied with. Yes I would recommend Best Contracting to anyone who wants a job well done at a reasonable price.

I hired Best Contracting to install a gazebo. Mike and Chris did a great job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They even helped move my outdoor furniture under the newly installed beautiful gazebo. I would highly recommend Best Contracting, and will use them again in the future.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I had two jobs - needed a wooden handrail installed and needed my basement steps repaired (strengthened). Mike came quickly to review the jobs and give an estimate. Very fair pricing. He was able to get me onto his schedule, taking into consideration my schedule. Darren, who actually did the work, was professional & friendly. Worked quickly and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend them.

MIKE IS A VERY NICE GUY & INSTALLED MY FAUCET FAST & DID A GREAT JOB. WILL CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN I NEED WORK DONE IN MY HOUSE. IT'S GOOD TO HAVE A HANDYMAN WHO KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.

Mike is a nice guy, but he should sub his roof jobs to someone else. His sub-par subcontractors replaced my roof, but they destroyed my house. Screens are torn; porch rails destroyed; slices in new roof; eave moldings destroyed; tar marks all over my siding, neighbors' siding and foundations; eaves destroyed; starter strips installed upside-down; new drip edges bent; nails poking through roof; gutters destroyed; siding broken; debris left in gutters, on roofs, and on properties. They did not even have enough ladders and had to use mine, which I had to replace the ropes on when they were done.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I contacted Best Contracting to repair a leak in my roof. Michael gave me an appointment for the next morning. Being that he noticed rain was expected, he arrived early to do the repair before the rain could do any further damage. It rained all day and night after they completed the repair and thankfully my leak was gone! Thank you Michael / Best Contracting for a prompt, professional job we'll done.

Window Replacement, Wood Floor Refininshing, TV Mount install and Wiring, Overhead light install and wiring, painting 3 bedrooms and closets, painting outside railing, refininshing and painitng wood stairs, building new stair railing. The father/son team are very knowledgeable and were great to work with - very nice guys. even with the add on tasks in the middle of the project they were able to complete the work on time. The finished product was great. They even assisted the cable guy in installing our cable (so that he would not ruin the exterior of the home).
