Be careful when you decide to replace some of the material used on remodeling, if you request some of the base material to be replaced for a better quality make sure you keep the receipt to avoid overpaying at the final payment.

In writing this review, I would like to say that the services provided by Best Deal Inc. was outstanding. The owner of the company; (Greg) was fantastic. He personally came to the home and offered a great deal to replace the entire roof. The entire project was also financed in minutes. The workers did an absolute fantastic job and cleanup was perfect. Thank you so much Greg! I would recommend Best Deal Inc. to anyone looking for roofing replacement. Great company!!

We contracted with Best Deal, Inc. to renovate the bathroom. Overall, we felt the work performed by the crew was of poor quality and lacked any attention to detail by the crew and the contractors. The crew had to come out after the job was finished to fix several issues. Half of the floor needed to be redone because the pattern of the tiles was laid out incorrectly. The wainscoting trim had to be re-done as it was not properly cut. There were large gaps between the boards and it was sloppily filled with putty. The plaster from one of the walls was not removed and the overall paint job was sloppy. Even after the crew was finished a second time, there are still major issues. The floor is now noticeably uneven, some tiles are raised more than others and the grout is not a uniform color. There are also large bits of grey stuff mixed in with the grout that cannot be removed because the floor was not properly cleaned as it was installed. The tile in the shower has many holes in the grout and grout is on many of the tiles. In each corner where the wall meets the ceiling, it looks just terrible. The crew did not bother even look at it after they did it. There are cracks and it looks completely unfinished. I don’t know how the contractor and sub-contractor did not see this and felt this was acceptable work, because clearly it is not. As a partial fix, Best Deal, Inc. offered to re-grout portions of the floor, but refused to send out a different crew to do the work. If they couldn't get it right after two tries, why should we believe that they would get it right a third time? Overall, so disheartened to spend so much money on a bathroom that looks terrible and a company that will not make things right. We need to have the floor and shower tile re-done.

Greg is a great guy; he was honest and responsive. Excellent contractor. Chris also did a great job, he was alone and he was very diligent. Whenever I made phone call, they always contacted me right away.

They were very professional did the work in a timely manner and we are very happy with the work!

They did what I said and did everything above and beyond.

They used a sub contractor who was easy to work with and allowed me to put my input as the project went. It worked out beautifully.

Best Deal remodeled our Kitchen and Master Bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and the jobs were completed on time. The price was lower than expected and Dan was very helpful with the design too.

They were fabulous! They came into a mess and were really able to help me out. I am very happy!

Greg G was very pleasant and always with a great smile. Most important, the installers Chris & Greg working together with them was awesome, they stayed in constant communication through out the entire project. My wife and I were very happy. Where to start with this horrendous job??? 1.) They demo'd the master bath with out shoving anything into the floor register. That allowed it to completely fill with dust and tile pieces that there was no way to get out. (2) They did a terrible job of dust management. We had dust in every room in the house. Even rooms that had the doors closed the entire time. (3) They asked if they could put the refuse from the old bath, which was in black plastic contractors bags in the garage for a couple days. I said sure. They used my garage as a dumpster for 2 weeks and left it full of dust from cutting all the marble and PVC piping in it. I had to wash out the floor of the garage to get all the dried on marble dust from them wet sawing in the garage (4) Then their "plumber" cut our shower drain to install a new section of it and failed to cap it before leaving for the day. The next morning while showering in an adjacent bathroom the water from the shower flowed out of the open drain and flooded our living room. They then said that it was our fault and that we would have to pay for all damage to our ceiling. (5) Then the "plumber" failed to install shower base to manufacturers (Kohler) instructions. It was supposed to be set in a mortar base but they did not do it. The $400 shower base now has a flexing floor. (6) The "plumber' also did not complete the shower faucet installation. He left a knob that was not secured with the proper screw and it just pulls right off. He also did adjust the water temp controller and we were left with cold water only until we figured out how to adjust the temp of the water. (7) The tile work was supposed to be a brick pattern but even that was not done properly as the tiles are not offset equally. They also failed to seal the marble tile and grout in the shower and on the floor. I questioned them about it the day after they said they were done with the job and already had their final payment. They came back for that the next day and were supposed to fix the shower door and seal the marble. Did nothing to the shower door (probably because they said it was the hardest shower door install they ever did. I ended up re-installing it myself. All that need to be done was read the instructions, but they were in English) and not sure what they did with the sealing as I was not home. (8) The workers who installed the shower door did a terrible job installing it. They installed the doors wrong and inside out. (9) I gave them a box of screws because they did not have any and needed them. I allowed them the use of some of my tools and they left with a 4 foot level. I contacted them and they confirmed they have it but never returned it. (10) They use workers that barely if at all speak English. I do not believe any of them are certified or trained in any of the trades they are performing in. I can't urge anyone strongly enough to stay as far away as possible from this company.

Part of the contract I signed stipulated that Best Deal would provide supplies. They used sub par supplies. I had to replace the cheap plastic shower head they installed, and I also think I will need to replace the new toilet they installed. Some of the work was well done, but not enough to add up to the cost, I think. When I complained to Best Deal about the toilet, they said they would contact me and after 2 weeks no one has.

Dan's crew did a fantastic job in the kitchen and the bathroom and they did a fantastic job. They are currently doing additional work for me now.

Dan-the salesperson and the contractor were polite but I was not expecting what came next in my bathroom redo. Though the contractor was a hard worker and from far away, the new bathroom looks great, the dry wall has some flaws, new tub has a few scratches, vanity was installed with a gaping hole exposing the pipes going down into the basement, the lights and fan are on the same switch, even though there are two in the bathroom so they could be separated,and a floor tile near the door was cracked. Then, on the final day, the construction garbage was just dumped into my garbage can instead of being hauled away like before. The entire experience was disappointing.
