Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
They took a permit out for $2400 and charged me $5600. The service tech was in my home, removed the old service and installed a new panel in 7 hours! That's about $600 an hour.

I had to have them come to the house twice for two separate issues. The second man that came out was able to fix what the first was unable to in seconds. They were prompt and on time. Very professional.

I communicated my need to the responding person. When another tech came out he installed the shower fixtures in the wrong place. When I finally got hold of the original tech. It was too late to get done properly. While it wasn't a horrible experience the communication could have been better. The work was done correctly but not as I originally specified.

They claim a $19 service call. I was charged $244 for the call that only took 15 minutes to complete.

They are very professional in their approach to business. They showed up on time and were very courteous, however, the price to hang a ceiling fixture ($340) seems ridiculous for a job that takes only an hour. They also asked if they could do a courtesy inspection of all our electrical systems. Kind of like car dealers do to try to scare you into spending more. They wanted to do surge protectors, change all my smoke detectors, sell us a maintenance plan, etc. I could have spent up to $2,000. Thank goodness I had better sense. Keep in mind, our house is not more than ten years old. We should have paid the $19 service call and sent them on their way. Live and learn.
