Good friendly owner and his workers, however, they suggested more than necessary of lights install in the kitchen, which however it was our idea at 1st, they should have told us we did not need that much! Thankful for their high pricing we chose not to go over budget! I also ask the owner about the install of two exhaust fans for our bathrooms. The owner Steve said he would get back to me, he never did, so when the workers finished, I was ready to pay the top electrician, and there was a major difference in what the total was to be, the top electrician said he is not going to be in the middle of this, the boss man will have to settle this! So we waited for 4 days and showed a call we missed with no message from the owner on that Friday. I called and it went message system and I left a message: *thanks for the free job you did for us, wish there were more contractors out doing free work! LOL*, still no callback. I will keep your company updated! Which by the way we love HomeAdvisor! Thanks for doing your job for Homeowners out there! Michael Wetherholt.

They showed up 15 mins early and worked late to ensure power was restored for the night. The came back early the next day to finish up and clean up. Very courteous guys and no foul language. Very good experience. IĆ¢ d hire them again!

The technicians were courteous and did a good job in a timely manner. They also cleaned up after they completed the work. I would definitely call them again if I need to have other work done.

The electrician did an excellent job. He explained what was wrong and fixed the problem. He also went the extra mile by suggesting a solution for another light fixture that we had and completed that job. We will certainly use Best Electrical Services again.
