I was referred to Best Electronics through my 2-10 Home Warranty to service my dishwasher, and unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating service experiences I?ve had. While I understand part delays can happen, the biggest issue was the lack of communication, professionalism, and confidence in diagnosing the problem. Multiple times I called, I was told ?Our system is down,? which became a recurring concern. The technician replaced a part that he initially guaranteed would resolve the issue, only to later admit the dishwasher still was not fixed and that he would ?just order everything? without being able to clearly identify the root cause. Overall, the issue was never resolved, and the experience left me with very little confidence in the company?s troubleshooting abilities or customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for appliance repair services.

I had my oven serviced 2 weeks before Thanksgiving by Best Electronics through 2-10 Home Warranty. They replaced the ignitor without checking for what the REAL issue could be. It was still not working properly so I called them back again the following week. The rep was arrogant, condescending and insistent that my oven was working properly. The technician left without repairing anything. One (1) week later. ON THANKSGIVING MORNING. The oven finally stopped heating at all in the middle of baking. My food sat in an oven that read 375 but when I open the door 40 minutes later - it was very cool with NO heat at all. Another company came out this morning and discovered that the ignitor installed by Best Electronics is the reason my oven stopped working completely. It was a faulty install. The cheap connector they used melted and killed everything. I do not want this company to ever darken my doorstep again!

Never fixed our appliance right. I?m force now to buy a new appliance as our warranty has run out. They did one visit, scan the appliance barcode and surely got paid but never came back. Worse customer service ever. Their other reviews are almost scary. Beware.

My home owner hired and paid these guys they told him 8 am to 11-am I called to confirm and they told me they didn?t have me in the schedule , the. Said yes I was on the schedule but it would have to be 1-6 or 4-8 pm umm ok I chose 4-8 I called twice between then because no one called or showed up for the service they were paid for . Claimed someone got into an accident and they were behind but no one called to communicate any of this! Still no work has been done and they have been paid ! DO NOT HIRE THESE PPL !!!!!

Was scheduled between 12-5pm called at 4:24 and said a tech was on the way, but came an hour later. The company was hired because I had a warranty with my lowes for my samsung washer. I was told even though I have a samsung extra large capacity washer i can only fit the amount of a mid/ small load. I then paid out of pocket for someone to come out and got a totally different response.

Buyer Beware One of the most unprofessional and inexperienced companies I?ve dealt with in recent memory. I contacted them to fix a washer under warranty. The first appointment was scheduled through Samsung for 8 a.m. to noon, but they didn?t arrive until around 1 p.m. After a brief diagnostic, they said they would order the necessary parts and schedule a second appointment. However, two weeks went by with no updates. Instead of resolving the issue, they closed the ticket early and marked it ?resolved.? I even received a survey from Samsung as though the repair had been completed. When they finally came out for the second trip, they hadn?t brought the parts with them and had to reschedule yet again. Meanwhile, it?s nearly impossible to reach a live person at ?Best? Electronics?out of eight calls, I only managed to speak with someone once.

I would not use them for repairs. The first repair trip did not have the part! Only showed up after several calls. I had a 5-7 pm service call window, showed up at 9 pm! The service guy complained through the complete repair process. Then instead of adjusting the legs to replace my dishwasher, he used a screwdriver to push the insulation back around the appliance, and now the heater element does not operate which operated fine before repair!! I would use them to repair an appliance in a dog house.

Best Electronics first came to the house to write-up a repair estimate. The estimate was based mostly on our description of the symptom not diagnosing the dishwasher. I scheduled for the repair for the next Saturday. Best Electronics was a no show no call for that appointment. They did not call me, I had to called and them. They said not all the parts were in for the repair. I scheduled the repair the second time for this past Saturday. I called them Saturday afternoon to comfirm the appointment, I was told I was on the schedule. They did not show up nor did they call. In fact, as of this writing, Monday around noon they have not called. Do not waste your time like me!

did not show up for 2 appointments 5 weeks now and my dishwashers is not fixed when I call the number I cant leave a message because the mail box is full, got the owner # and have been on hold for 15 minutes

Unprofessional, inefficient and I would not refer them to anyone else and I hope that no one else uses them.

Great Service! Very Professional! The technician was very knowledgeable about my appliance even gave me tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repair.

poor customer service

The appointment window was from 1pm-5pm. The technician arrived at 5:50pm and took one hour to replace the lamp.

Best Electronics was fantastic. They quickly responded, were able to get out there the same day, were on time and quickly solved the problem. Very professional.

Terrible. Called for a service appointment, they said they'd be there between 5 & 8PM - showed up almost at 9PM. Said TV needed new motherboard and he would be back in 3 days to install part. Never called, never showed up. Tracked him down and he said that part is on backorder for another 2 weeks! Already shelled out 200 bucks for something I could have done myself!

They got swamped the day of repair and should have called to inform me they'd be late or needed to reschedule. When I called them, they rescheduled and took care of my TV around 10 PM. So far the repair is great, just wish I had been contacted regarding them being late sooner.
