Presentation by the Branch sales manager was on spot with any questions answered. Showing the sample window gave a better picture. We had 10 plus new windows with screens and a new door installed. Glad we went to Best Exterior Construction Inc. and Anlin windows and doors. Now, we can sit back and enjoy the fresh, new look. Installers were friendly and professional and Daniel Agonafer, Branch sales manager made sure things went smoothly. Highly recommended.

We recently had all our windows replaced in our 37-year-old house in Walnut Creek, CA. by Best Exteriors Construction, Inc. They use the Anlin Window Systems. We did received quotes from other providers, including Anderson Windows but their rates were not attractive to us. Alex Motronchik (Best Exteriors Construction owner and Sales Manager) came to do the window measurements in a few days. Then the pandemic happened. Every month, for five months Daniel Agonafer (Branch Sales Manager) would call us to find out if we were going to move forward with replacing the windows. We were given the option to finance and we did get our credit approved in a few minutes over the phone. Finally, in September, we gave Daniel the go ahead and schedule the installation. Their technicians came in October to remove and replace almost all the windows except for the kitchen garden window, garage window and two sliding doors. We upgraded our home security system which needed to completed before the windows could be properly sealed. After the security system was completed, we did have a delay before window installers came back. This delay worried us a bit since we were approaching Thanksgiving. They did come on the Friday before Thanksgiving. Alex and his team worked into the night to finished the job. They went non-stop. Their work ethics and expertise in their craft are Top-Notch. They also moved furnitures back and cleaned up the mess they created during their installations. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Exteriors Construction to anyone who may be considering replacing their windows. Switching from single pane to double pane Anlin Del Mar with e-grade window, we anticipate a measurable reduction in our energy consumption. Just had 10 windows and 2 sets of sliding patio doors installed in one day!!! The three man crew was professional and polite. They also carted away the old glass and completely cleaned up after themselves. Never before have I experienced a more pleasant service. Not only did we get the BEST quality of service but we also received the best product for!!! I will definitely recommend Best Exteriors to all my friends and family.

This company is great. i had them install several windows and rebuild a portion of a wall and add sliding door. The outside of the wall was then finished off with stone. Workers left site clean everyday and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have refered several friends to this company. I purchased the Anlin windows and love them! I am now currently working with Alex to replace my front door and entry windows.

Signed contract for work on 9/24/2018. After 7 weeks with no update on the project and many calls finally was told windows were built, the permits were in hand, and just waiting on a crew to begin work. It is now February 7, 2019, and I have not heard another word from Best Exteriors. (I am sure what many have been a fictitious permit has expired by now). I am moving on.

initially was very impressed by contract on paper- since this was a 2 day project due to cutting of windows { which I later found out } the guys were scheduled to come out next day @ same time (9:30am but after several phone calls @ around 11:30 was told they were working on another project) & Alex {lead expert } would be returning but that never happened- the "runner" as Alex called him {22yr old very inexperienced individual} arrived @ 2:30 with another guy from day before but not Alex the expert installer -called 3 top people from company only to be reassured that no problem they would look into the problems{various workmanship & product{ Alex- salesman came out & his answer was this isn't a big deal- I'll make sure it gets done this week- that was 2 weeks ago- never heard from him again- I shouldn't have to beg -I'm quite dissatisfied & disappointed with the reaction- I blindly trusted because of my initial feelings about all the guarantees of both product & labor-

I am stunned at the level of professionalism and the quality of work. Now I understand the meaning of seamless service from beginning to end. This company has fulfilled every level of commitment and stayed exactly at the price point we agreed as well as did a little extra work for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. To think we just got a double lifetime warranty. Talk about adding equity to your real estate. I simply could not say enough to tell you what an outstanding job best exteriors did. I could not be happier with my new windows! The installation crew were efficient and pleasant. I had 14 windows and a patio door replaced and was expecting the job to take a couple of days. The installers arrived at 8:15am and did not leave until the job was done....7:45pm. They went above and beyond what I expected....washed every window, inside and out. So glad I went with the top of the line (Delmar). They are definitely worth the extra money.

They misrepresent the materials and service they sell.

Product is everything advertised. I have already noticed a cost saving in heating/air conditioning. Installers answered all my questions, polite, experienced by the way they worked together and then did their own inspection twice. Very good product.

The installation employees were friendly and did a good job with the installation. Trying to get a hold of the sales person and customer service was a little hard. I'd leave a few voicemails before they finally replied. Overall the work was good and I am happy with the quality of the windows.

We replaced 17 windows and a sliding door. Went from ugly single pane aluminum sliders to beautiful Anlin windows that have enhanced the function and appearance of our home. The windows make the house quieter, less draftier, and cooler during the summer. Daniel was an informative and patient sales rep. He helped us with financing and gave us references that allowed us to see the windows installed on homes, not just in pictures. He even brought us wine after the windows were finished. The installation was efficient, but one window was cracked and the frames were dinged in a few spots, barely noticeable. The cracked window was replaced quickly and smoothly. This is a great product and Daniel was great to work with. We are very happy with the end result.

Alex gave us a great demonstration and a reasonable quote. His installers were swift, friendly, and professional, and left us with amazing looking new windows and sliding glass door. Despite the fact that nothing in our 1947-constructed house is exactly square, the installation team did an amazing job, and even alerted us to a bit of dry rot we didn't know about!

I had had surgery, 4 wks. before. These contractors went out of their way to help me move furniture that was next to windows and then cleaned up their mess and put the furniture back. As I had to leave at a certain time, they finished up inside and then finished the outside, when I left. If I had questions, they very nicely answered them or explained. I have never met such courteous young men before.

Best Exterior Construction came out and replaced 25 windows, 1 garden window, and 2 sliding glass doors for me. The company was friendly and the quality of their work was excellent. The company provided demonstrations and samples for the work they would provide, and were very helpful during the whole process.

Alex gave a great presentation, explaining the construction of the windows. The two installers, Eugene and Daniel came early, worked the entire day (in the rain) until the job was completed. It was big job that should have taken two days, but they only stopped once of a quick bite of lunch and were back hard at work. Very good manners too. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was by far the easiest and best experience. Workers were focused and provided quality work. Daniel, the sales person was gracious and easy to work with. We would definitely use Best again if the need arises. Home advisers did everything they advertised! You can trust this team!

The two young men (Alex Pristupa and Andrey Motronchik) who installed 12 windows and one patio door, did an outstanding job. They were very professional. What is more they got it all done in one day. I noticed all they did was work, work, work, all the time they were here. They left everything clean and took out all the trash and took it with them. I now have beautiful windows at a very reasonable price that make my home look much nicer. My only complaint was that the people from the office kept me waiting to hear about work I wanted them to do in the kitchen and they did not keep me informed about other work planned. When another person came to my house he was always polite and seemed interested, but communication was poor. The work and final results of the windows however were all outstanding.

The installers were very prompt and professional. The quality of the the windows that they installed and their workmanship were both outstanding!

The first contact was with Daniel, an extremely personable representative who presented us with several options for the project of replacing two patio sliders, two large windows, and the addition of a bay window. The on site project crew of 4, led by Tim, was amazing! The interior installations were completed within one day (it was a "new construction" project so exterior work to repair stucco is scheduled). The crew was very polite and answered the questions that I had about the process, and cleaned the work site upon completion. I am very, very pleased.
