I was relocating while working remotely, so my office setup was really important. The crew kept all my electronics together and labeled everything clearly. Reconnecting everything later took almost no time at all. They stayed organized without needing constant direction. Brilliant planning made a huge difference.

My storage unit was packed from floor to ceiling, and I had no idea where to start. The movers quickly created a system that kept everything organized. They remembered where important boxes belonged without needing reminders. Unpacking later became much less overwhelming. REMARKABLE organization throughout the relocation.

One of my biggest concerns was transporting family heirlooms safely. The movers wrapped every item with extra protection and secured them separately inside the truck. They treated each piece with genuine care and respect. Everything arrived exactly as expected. OUTSTANDING dedication to protecting valuable belongings.

I wasn't looking forward to moving my home office because I use it every day. The team packed all the equipment carefully and kept everything together. Setting everything back up afterward was surprisingly simple. I was working again much sooner than I expected. Their organization really paid off. The process couldn't have been easier.

Do not use them. They damaged a tv and when I filed a claim all they did was ask the crew if they did it. They obviously said no and they closed the case.

I had two completely different experiences with Best Fit Movers, and the subsequent customer service "ghosting" has been the dealbreaker. The First Move (March 6th): 9/10 stars. Angel and his work partner (Alex?) were fantastic. They moved me from an upstairs to a downstairs unit in 3.5 hours. I didn?t lift a finger, and they only used one roll of shrink wrap. Professional and efficient. The Second Move (March 8th): 0/10 stars. I was moved into a storage unit by two men who were painfully slow and used excessive shrink wrap on items that didn?t need it (like an ironing board). I had to help move half the items myself! It got so bad I had to call my 65-year-old mother to help. The two of us moved more than the "professionals" did. They wasted time using dollies for light items I could carry by hand, then refused to use them for heavy items, wasting even more time. For the safety of your items and for others on the road DO NOT book this company. To start, their workers arrived reeking of marijuana. I am 24 weeks pregnant and had no choice but to hope for the best as I could not move myself. They worked so slow that I had to remind them to work and please reduce standing around and talking to one another. They ruined a whole corner of our dining room table, they left a huge puddle of water in my 2 year old son?s bedroom. Sadly, that is not all the left in there.. the whole room reeked of marijuana. They even tried to charge me for ?materials? but I packed myself. It was truly a horrific experience. I called the company immediately after the men left and all they said was to file a claim for the items. They said that someone would be in contact with me and it?s midday Monday and still no one has. Now, as I seek assistance from the company on getting some form of retribution they are slow moving and non responsive. Horrific experience.

Best Fit Movers charged my credit card twice and they refuse to credit my account for this mistake and will not return any of my phone calls.

Prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Move went perfectly with no damage to anything. Exactly what should be expected from a moving company. Will definitely use them for our next move!

An all-round good experience. They called ahead to confirm arrival. Everything was wrapped in blankets, wrapped with tape to secure. Everything was done quickly but safely. Was very impressed and will definitely use them again.

I just moved from San Diego to Irvine today. Jim and Alex were amazing! They are on time, conscious of managing time. I didn't have a lot, but they were patient and took great care of my stuff and reassembled them when we got to the new place. Great experience.

Great experience. Best Fit Movers provided a COI for my building which was great. During the move, the crew had great attitudes and did an excellent job. They were friendly and took great care of everything. I would recommend that anyone use Best Fit Movers for moving services.

This company was hired last week beginning of March 2023, and was nothing but unprofessional, the driver of the truck ran into my entry gate and then proceeded to tell me that it was not a big deal. (See photos) I attempted to contact the company that you would think would contact me because they caused damage to my gate. The phone numbers to claims go nowhere to dead ends with no voicemails not once has anyone answered my call I reported them to BBB. And will most likely have to take them to small claims to resolve this. I sent an email and no responses ever no responses or callbacks from any managers. Iâ ve left messages with the person and sales Martin who answered the phone is very unprofessional. This company is all about taking your money and having no customer service untrustworthy and not someone you want moving your items. No respect for your property. They then proceeded to ask my sister for a tip after all this, and they tried to guilt her into it by saying that the coworkers think that one of the persons pocketed a tip so to send a Venmo tip was very unprofessional I would never hire them to steer clear! Only real issue was the moving truck battery was dead prior to departure when fully loaded causing unwanted delay. But good workers made up for it.

A relative hired these guys to move office furniture from his location to a new city. Usually, commercial moves are not an easy job! They dissemble the furniture, load the truck and drive for 5 hours. More, they must unload and assemble the office furniture. After hearing this I realized that my local move with 1 bedroom must be regular, and easy job for them. But, in reality, was an easy move for me because they were so experienced. I highly recommend these guys!

After a long distance move move, I hired them to unload the truck into the garage, which was estimated to take four hours, based on loading time. They did a wonderful job and was a pleasant surprise that they finished in less than three hours. We were very happy how easy they made it look, not only to make the reservation but also to do the unload. I will highly recommend them! I will use them again when will move the furniture into the house!
