Best Floor Coating coated my 3-car garage floor with a protective coating, which makes the cleanup of oil and grease a breeze. Brothers Fernando and Ivan, who run the company, were great to work with. They, and the rest of their crew, exhibited professional courtesy and expertise during the entire project. I especially appreciated the fact that Fernando telephoned me each evening to inform me of what time the crew would arrive the next morning. In every case, the crew was never late. Of the three job estimates I obtained for the job, Best Floor Coating was the most reasonably priced. I've already recommended Best Floor Coating to my neighbor.

The owner came out and did an analysis of the project and actually honestly told me not to do all the work that I thought was needed. He cut the cost by over 1/2 and showed me he really had my best interest at heart. Really pleased with how this was handled.

Outstanding communications spectacular job

Best Floor Coatings gave me a quote range over the phone on my first contact. When Blake, the estimator provided me the cost, it was at the low point of the quote range. Fernando asked when I wanted the job done and was able to accommodate that request. Fernando also called me each evening during the job and provided the time the crew would arrived. They were consistently 10 minutes early! He, Ivan, and their crew were professional, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Day one was prep/priming ; day two was the application of the epoxy and chips; day three was the polyurethane clear coat and completion. The two man crew was there just about an hour each day. The floor looks fantastic ... and all for $500 less than their competitor's quote! These guys are good.
