Luxury Vinyl Flooring Repair
This was our third time using Best Flooring, and once again, Arthur and his son Brian went above and beyond! They tore out our old flooring and installed stunning luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and the results are absolutely beautiful.
One of the reasons we keep coming back is the full experience—from start to finish, everything is handled with professionalism and care. Patricia was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, answered all our questions promptly, and helped make scheduling and planning completely seamless.
Arthur and Brian were, as always, punctual, respectful of our home, and meticulous in their work. Their attention to detail and pride in their craft truly set them apart. And their pricing is incredibly fair—honest, competitive, and well worth the quality you receive.

The entire process was fantastic. I can't say enough about how great the communication with Patricia and the installation with Arthur was. They tore out all the rotten subflooring, braced the joists and installed new subflooring and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. They are very professional and the final result is exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

The entire process was seamless. From working with Patricia to order and schedule and then the installation with Arthur. The installation is exceptional. We did about 2200sqft of luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards through out. The craftsmanship is perfect and the service from communication all the way clean up was also perfect. They were also able to the complete the job in two days less than I expected it to take. 5/5 overall.

Best Flooring Tampa gave me a quick estimate, started working days afterI approved the estimate (refreshing as I have had contractors just not show up), Arthur was polite and did everything that was promised. The price was the best price I received out of 3 bids. The workmanship is excellent and they guys are experts at what they do. I am in love with my floors! (NuCore vinyl plank flooring). They re-floored my living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and my hallway, my stairs and even put the vinyl on a recessed area of my wall for an accent. My condo looks so gorgeous after they did their magic. No complaints and highly recommend!

I highly recommend this family owned company who are absolutely a pleasure to do business with! From the beginning, Patricia answered all of my questions, worked with us on the timing of the job and even got us an incredible deal on the flooring materials from a partnering company. Then the installation was completed by Arthur and another staff member who were so hardworking that they finished the job early! Both Patricia and Arthur stayed in constant communication with me through out the process by phone. I am SO pleased with the outstanding work that was done for a highly competitive price and in a short period of time by this small company. I would recommend this family owned business to my closest family & friends. They are just a joy to work with and truly care about the customers they serve. My home looks amazing thanks to them!!

I had LVP flooring installed in Nov 2019 by Best Flooring Tampa Bay. A year later, there were areas of heavy moisture coming up from the slab and the entire floor is warped and peaking. After having several plumbers, leak detection companies, and finally a forensic flooring inspector out to see what was going on, a formal report written by the flooring inspector determined the failure of the flooring was due to the poor installation by Best Flooring Tampa Bay. I have reached out to the owner Patricia several times. Her answer is to blame and verbally attack and not take responsibility for their failure. They did not do proper testing as required in the manufacturers instructions included with the flooring. She refused to accept a registered letter I sent her. I then went through the BBB and provided all information and the flooring experts report. Patricia refuses to utilize mediation through the BBB to resolve the issue. Dont use this company.

"Explanation from Best Flooring Tampa Bay. Hi everyone my name is Patrícia I am from Best Flooring Tampa and I want to explain the same way we respond to BBB and mrs Ruth Romack who continues to blame us for her current problem that was caused by a leak discovered by us 1y and 1 month after the install. I also will post a pic from her install in November 2019 and our trade messages from December 2020 when she reports a problem to us and our installers when back to her house with NO charge. Mrs Ruth had her floors installed by us, at the time her subfloor didn't present moisture problems, no cracks and moisture readings were taken at the time, than after a flood from a water pipe in her bathroom, she notice water sipping from the floor in front of the bathroom. She text and call us, and we did our best to assists her and offer her options. She decided to trust a different company who's interest was on her wallet. They convince her that her problem was moisture and from the previous install and the best option was her having a new flooring installed on the whole house and put it on us. Mrs Rute, took us to court and she lost the case. The leek was found, she new about it, and she decided to have a new flooring installed when she only needed more or less 5 boxes to replace the affected area in front of the bathroom. And this is all."
