I had to hire another cesspool co. My toilet wouldn?t flush and was insisting on me to get a new cesspool. A different company came this afternoon on time. Did say that I could use a new cesspool too. But when I told him my toilet couldn?t flush this co asked why couldn?t the co that came yesterday do it? I said I don?t know. When the new co lifted the lid up , they asked why didn?t the other co yesterday put treatment in my cesspool. They then came inside, unclogged the toilet and treated the cesspool for less money.

They worked quickly and neatly. Service was quickly restored.

Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. I would highly recommend Best Flo as a company that delivers more than expected and highly competent, experiences associates to resolve issues you may have with sewer or plumbing issues.

Came late because of issue at previous job. Cleared sewer pipe and explained reasons for blockage. Had no problems with service.

Best/Flo did a great job and was fast and affordable.

Very nice guy. Super quick service. Less than 24 hours and injector pump was replaced and working again. A little over budget but was worth it.

Service tech was professional, polite, and arrived promptly. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do and made me feel confident that I had hired the right company for the job. He also gave me tips on how to care for my system.

Spent for new cesspools 8500.00 the ground is sinking in front yard also we have the smell of contents of the new pools called them 6 times they said they wood come by never show up I guess the next thing is going to town of Brookhaven an than the lawyer
