Our interaction with the repairman who arrived at our home on July 24th was not very productive. First, I do not recall if he introduced himself. I explained what the dryer was not doing and what I had done to correct it. He accessed the dryer and quoted us a price, which seemed very high. Especially he was going to replace two of the same parts that I just replaced, the evening before. He recommended that the vent pipe be cleaned and it was very possible that what repair parts are replaced unless the vent pipe was cleaned, the dryer would not be fixed. I asked if his price included cleaning the vent and he replied no. So, it did not make sense to have him repair our dryer. He appeared not very interested in trying to find the cause but to make money. He asked for a cash payment.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Best Fresno Appliance Repair for my refrigerator repair. The freezer had defrosted and the refrigerator was heating up inside. When I contacted this company and asked if they could come same day, they came out and found that it was the compressor, and they had it in stock. I asked if they could repair that day and they said they would try, but for sure, the next day. I was asked if late evening was OK. Not sure of exactly what that entailed, I said yes. At 8 pm that evening I received a call asking if it was still OK to come. I was ecstatic and said yes. They arrived and had the compressor installed in good time. When I inquired about the late repair, he said he felt the loss of food and refrigerator repair was an emergency and he would appreciate someone helping him if was in need of immediate repair but no one could come. After the job was completed, I asked if was going to get to go home, he said no, he had another refrigerator repair, then home. I so appreciate his concern and willingness to go that extra mile. Most businesses won't, and sometimes I get it. I would definitely recommend this business for any repair, or other, needs! A heartfelt Thank You!!!!!

I used the service by Best Fresno Appliance Repair and have an outstanding experience with them. The technician - Aram who visited me was very experienced and fixed the problem with the refrigerator (it was collecting water under the crisper and then spilled it) very quickly. I really appreciate the service provided by this guys. I rate them with 5 stars for high quality service.

After researching the price of the part needed to fix my dryer on the internet I was satisfied with the price quote I received for the repairs. I would recommend and use again......if needed.
