I have lived in South Florida for over 40 years and have never dealt with such a disgusting company. They came to replace the impact glass in my bedroom and told me it would take approximately 4-6 weeks for the glass to arrive. About 5 weeks later, they called to make the appointment for the install. The technician showed up and told me they had the wrong size glass and would need to reorder the correct size. It was not a problem-things happen. He put a temporary piece of glass in until the new piece arrived. In the meantime, the technician shattered the original glass all over my entire master bedroom, and just left it there. It took me over 2 hours to get this vacuumed up. He also left shards of glass everywhere outside in my landscaping and grass. Three weeks later they set an appointment, and cancel the day of that appointment due to rain-there was zero rain in the area at all. I am promised they would show again that Sunday at 9 AM, and nothing. No phone, no text-zero. Finally, I receive a text message that Monday morning telling me that the technician has been fired, and they have no other technicians that work in my area. Over 2 months later, I am now left with a temporary piece of glass they installed, and not sure where to turn. The owner of the company is Robert and neither he nor anyone else will pick up the phone. Again, do not deal with this company. Look somewhere else.
