The job was never finished. I kept getting excuses. After more than a month I went elsewhere. I also needed an outside door installed which was never done. Maybe it depends on the serviceman you get. But no one followed through with what they said in a timely manner.

"I contacted the customer several times to address any issues she was experiencing with my craftsman. I tried my best to remedy the situation, but her and the subcontractor could not come to an agreement. I would have loved to been able to pull one of my other guys from their jobs to finish up the work, but they were crunched on deadlines and it just wasn't possible. I try to go above and beyond to make my customers happy and I apologize for not doing so."

Sheldon had our work done within a week between initial call and day of service. The work was great, reasonable, and he finished it all even though he had a tough day that day. Hire him!

I received a call shortly after submitting my request for service. I checked them out on the WI BBB. Based on their rating, it was a no brainier to invite them to provide a quote. They came out the next day and their quote was fair. My doors were installed on Saturday, 4 days later. Their were a few minor adjustments that were needed and they came back out on Monday to fix them. I'm very pleased with the doors and would recommend them.

Shelden knows his craft and specialty of door installation. They look great, and are a huge improvement from what we had before. I would recommend him to anyone, and he was also less $ than an installer that I used before. I will definitely consider Shelden again for our next project.

Have asked him to come back for followup hasnt done that yet, been 2 wks. Also cancelled floor job, didn't like how much he had marked that up using an indp. tile guy. Very sloppy in his paperwork and feel as tho I have no guarantee with him, now that he's fully pd, I'll prob. never see him again. Just too bad I didn't notice these little things before he was pd. He finish the job about 5pm wrote him the check, and he was at bank next am cashing it..... Really???? some businessman......Never had one cashed that quickly, and I am an old lady and have always had to hire out for things to get done. ANd the caulking he did, ha what a mess.

"Arlynn was a pleasant customer. Only after I completed the job, she inspected it, signed a legal contract approving the work, did she call me and ask if I could possibly recaulk the bottom of the door. Of course, I had connected her with a tile guy since I do not do tilework and said when he comes to do the work, I'll be there to caulk. She cancelled the night before the work was to be done and have not heard anything until this review today. I called her today and she refused to accept anything from me. Of course I deposited the payment the next day, who wouldn't when they get paid? Unfortunately, I was not given an opportunity to fix it"

Sheldon did a great job replacing two older doors at my residence. He pays attention to the details, and did a great job matching the color of the new doors with the original ones. I would certainly call Sheldon again for any future door replacement needs, and would also highly recommend him to those with similar door replacement needs.

Sheldon is fabulous. He came to view my project after hours because my work schedule wouldn't allow me to get home until 6:30 p.m. He scheduled the work more quickly than I anticipated, and arrived early on the day he did the work. The work was beautifully accomplished. In addition, when coming into the house, Sheldon noticed the front door knob and latch were not working properly. Before he left my house, he had fixed that as well and refused to take any additional pay for it. I already have recommended him to a friend who will hire him for a number of projects. I will rely on him for any future jobs of the sort he does.

I appreciated the work Sheldon did to replace siding on the house. He was very prompt in getting the work done and was concerned that the color matched the existing siding. It didn't. So, he painted all of the siding on the top portion on the front of the house so that it did match. Good work!

I needed an emergency door repair and Sheldon fit me in quite quickly. He is very pleasant to deal with. He values your satisfaction. When there was something minor that wasn't quite right with the storm door, he happily returned first thing the following day to fix it to my satisfaction.

I needed some trim put up around a door and a window in our kitchen. I called Sheldon on a Friday afternoon and he was at our home a couple hours later. He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and completed the job in less than 30 minutes! He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick and we will definitely call him the next time we have another project that we aren't able to complete ourselves!
