My experience was fantastic with all the contractors and people from this company. Steve and Shannon were so receptive and on the ball as made sure that everything I needed, I got. The contractors were all very nice and made sure the house stayed clean and everything got done correctly and exactly how I wanted. We did a lot of things that were a bit unusual (a bookcase Murphy door, secret trap door in one room) and never had any complaints. They were a true pleasure to work with and I'll definitely use them again in the future. A+++ 5 big stars!

This is not a construction company, it is a group of people who are scammers and grifters. After getting scammed out of 220 k by Steve Merrill, Shannon Eads, and Andrew Davis, I have spent an additional 60k redoing plumbing and fixing the hvac and electrical (partial extra cost), all of which were incorrectly done and by unlicensed contractors. Too many other problems and costs to list here. The bathroom and walk in closet photos above are from my house and were completed by me in SPITE of this company! They are not capable of the quality of finish, stole the photos from my listing and are trying to take credit for work they had nothing to do with ( grifters and scammers). Exterior doors installed three times and are in damaged condition, framing not finished, hvac and electrical done incorrectly, walls four inches out of plumb and installed the hardwood floors on a three inch slope! Deceitful and incompetent company and people. Law suit forthcoming!
