Great attitude and prompt friendly service. Totally honest with any work done and gave great recommendations. Only planned on using him for one property but ended up using him for a few. Shows up when he says he is going to (Mike Flint). Highly recommend-come to find out he does just about anything for repairs-good to know for the future! Mike's price was almost $600.00 cheaper than his competitor!

It took me a long time to find someone to fix my window, but Michael put in the extra effort to find the parts and took care of it. The only problem is I'm probably going to need more of them fixed in the future and the parts will be harder to get.

We were satisfied with the work done by Mike. He responded to our request immediatedly with a phone contact and initial home visit to assess the job and provide an estimate. He returner as planned and completed te job within the expected tme frame. Mike is an experianced professional. We were impressed by his openess and we believe that he is honest and fair. He did a great job for us. We will call him for any work in the future.

Mike responded within minutes of my completion of the on-line request for service. After hearing a description of the project he gave me a ball park estimate which I thought was fair. He then followed up in very timely fashion and appeared two days later with a helper to complete the job. He did careful work and cleaned up. The final bill was less than the estimate. Very nice guy, as well.

Carpentry Framing Repair
The carpenters came out were friendly enough, but a bit late on both days. Quoted a differerent price than was actually billed. The work was okay, once the work was completly dry we noticed some imperfections, gave Mike a call 3-4 times, and he never returned our call. We have additional jobs that need to be completed, and would not use them again.

"Darren did not want to pay for additional finish work,states he would finish the final sanding before painting,We did in fact call him several times,we quoted him at an hourly rate plus materials, he wanted the materials included in the hourly rate after the fact. m.Flint"

Did a good job on fixing my roof but even though we had a signed contract he asked my wife for more money after the job was completed. He didnt do any more work than the contract stated but she felt pressured and paid him the xtra $100.00. Price was already negotiated and agreed on and if he felt he was doing more work than what was in the contract we should have worked this out before doing the work.

"We were asked to look at the other side of the roof for an evaluation, finding more potential damage, I did not include this in the original contract, I felt that 100.00 dollars was worth going up 3 stories to fix this. She agreed."

Roof leaking into living room. Michael Flint insisted that a hold was put in the roof when I had new siding installed a couple of months ago. I told him repeatedly that this was not the case because I've had this leak for a couple of years. He insisted that it was the hold and filled the hold with something and said that he guaranteed that this would solve the problem and charged me $125. The next time it rained, the roof leaked into my living room in the same place. I called Michael who said that once it dried out he'd be back out and would have to remove the siding from the dormer. No way!! Anyway, he has never returned since 8/31/11

"we actually came out and removed the siding and replaced the flashing, which was the problem to begin with, we tried to save the costumer money, doing the less costly repair m.flint"
