Great pro to do install of the toilet. Fast and cleaned up all boxes and old toilet. Price was almost 400.00, expecting less, but great job.

Cust svc fine, Tech had to reschedule appt for availability of tool (Hammer drill), work quality OK, took some short cuts when installing, didn't seal outside box to outside. Was courteous and showed up on time.

I hired them to help fix my jacuzzi tub lest I showed him how to turn it on. I still have one jet that is not attached and I was looking forward to relaxing in it Finally but now nothing It turned on when he was here and now it will not turn on at all. I also had slow drains (he could not find my cleanout) or maybe he is not familiar with septic tanks. What worked before except a few Jets now will not work at all so I completely wasted my money. Besides the guy that came out was not happy to be working he told me about his wallet being taken the week before and that he has a young daughter and was not allowed to take the time he needed to take care of things he needed to. He was nice and all but seriously if you Do not know how to work on jacuzzi tubs then say so. I do not like the BS and pretending and then billing me. I will not use it or recommend them.

Eric was great and took care of us. I think they try to up sell you but I don’t blame the tech for that. I think that the price was fair for the work done. I troubleshot the problem myself and he confirmed what the problem was. He fixed the problem within a couple of hours and all is good. I would call them again for the things I don’t want to tackle.

This experience started as a good one with same day service but went off the rails afterwards. The quote came in high for a simple outlet install and repair of two others. After I inquired why, I cut out everything except what I needed done and the price was reasonable. The tech measured incorrectly when attempting to install the outlet, so he cut the wall 4 total times before getting it right. Claimed he did not have a stud finder and that is why he made the mistake. I asked him why he did not ask me for one as I was home and could have loaned him mine. After **finishing** and leaving a huge hole in the wall, they asked if we would repair it. I said no, and then they tried to get me to pay. After a brief argument with the tech that I would not pay until the wall was patched, he called the office where they seemingly agreed. Now after 3 days they are seemingly pushing me off in repairing the shoddy work. They are not taking my calls - at least the receptionist has pushed me off twice saying they will call me back to schedule. Now it looks as though I will have to hire someone else to repair the wall....plus I do not think I have the paint for the room as the builder did not leave us any. Yay! What is even more hilarious about this is that they asked me if I would sign an AC contract with them because they were trying to build business in this area. I already have a good AC provider, so I said no thanks. I am glad that I did. I absolutely would NOT recommend this business.

Very quick response. I contacted them on a Sunday mid day and did not think I was going to get a response until Mon or Tues, but then got a call shortly afterwards and had an Appointment for Monday afternoon. Not sure if that is the norm but I was very impressed.
