we are first time home buyers buying a brand new house and haven t ever been thru any of this process before. Going thru home advisor was simple and easy and connected us with Dan from Best in the west inspections. We drove up to meet with Dan and perform the inspection so he could show us things we may have missed and things to keep an eye for in the future. First off Dan was very friendly and honest so glad we hired him, as we went thru the house he showed us where everything is like main water shut off valve etc. when Dan completed the inspection he said if we have any other questions or want him to stop back by once the repairs were address to have him look it over and see if it s done correctly he would do it at no additional cost, WAIT..... no additional cost that s a great guy you just don t find people or companies who would do that for their customers. If I know anyone or need another home inspected I will not hesitate to be calling Dan back and having him do it for my family.

Good overall/general inspection of property. Contractor identifies minor and major repair elements that are helpful to know. Very helpful and accommodating. Will do partial inspections.

Dan was very quick to respond to my last minute request to have a home inspection in Laramie. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty during the inspection and I received the report the following day. I was quoted quite a bit for travel to Laramie from Cheyenne, and he finished in under 2 hours when I was initially told about 3, so I would have appreciated the price being brought down a little, but I was satisfied with his information.
