Brian was professional from the first moment we spoke. He arrived on time, took measurements, gave a reasonable estimate, and sceduled time to fit our hectic schedule. Had an initial mixup on what day they were coming...not pleasant but not unusual in SWFL...no one down here seems to be able to schedule. However, upon arrival they were precise, capable, competent, and rapid in accomplishing their work...in my guest room where the carpet was so stretched out that I didn't think they could fix it, they performed a miracle. All in all, a very nice job.

Brian was very pleasent and knowledgeable to work with. I had been a carpet installer helper years ago so I had a good idea what I needed and what could be done. I needed carpet that would not show a seam as the room was very large. He showed me samples of carpet he could guarantee not to show a seam and carpet he could not guarantee. He came in and laid the pad the first day and the carpet the next. As far as I am concerned the job was done perfectly and professionally. He arrivied on time or called keeping us informed. We are very happy with his work. He was also able to save us almost 1000 dollars over the store prices.

They were on time and got the job done pretty much as said. Only problem was the carpet that went to the kitchen tile had partial ends of the nails or whatever somewhat sticking out where you could feel it when you walked over it (pounded down myself) other then that a nice job
