Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. No haggling; they provided a very fair price upon reviewing the job requirements (replace skylight glass). While on the roof they noticed an issue with my pipe flashing that they offered to repair for an additional nominal fee. I accepted their offer and they came back the next day to complete the job. Project done. Another item checked off "to do" list thanks to Best Island Construction. I plan on calling them again for any future needs.

Sami was prompt to answer my service request and arrived when he said he would. He repaired the gutter and added a couple of screws to secure a downspout without asking and at no extra charge.

I had a leak coming from my roof and I didnâ t know weâ re it was coming from. I looked up on Home Advisor for roof repair, and found Best Island. Spoke to to Sam he came gave me a price and did a wonderful job with the project for the repair on the roof. I also encountered another issue with the roof still leaking. Notified Sam to come check out the problem he found were the problem was coming from. Fixed the issue didnâ t even ask for extra money for repair. I recommend Best Island for a job any day.

I hired Sami to stone the front and back stairs of the house and stucco the basement after a contract was signed, they started the work, worked 5 hours, left cigarette buttes all over, came the following day did the same thing worked 5 hours, the next day they dropped of the stone, it was not what I picked, I talked Sami, he told me he already bought the stone, and there was nothing he could do, this has been going on for 2 weeks now, he will not return my calls, I feel like I was totally disrespected
