Christopher was incredible. He knows the products and he installed a brand new easy to use sprinkler box. They changed over some sprinklers and then added some extra things to the back yard to increase water pressure. This is the best company I have ever hired to do work at my house. I would hire them again in a second. Very informative and explained the new system to me so that I could understand it and can handle any problems with it in the future.

Best Landscaping was exceptional to work with and I would highly recommend them. They came when they were supposed to, did an excellent job, cleaned up after each night, made no short cuts and a had a fair price. They were professionals, they knew what they were doing and had the right tools to do a good job. You could tell that they had been doing this for a while.

Best Landscaping is a company I would recommend. I am the type of person that believes if you are going to do a job, do it right the first time, and that is what Bill and his team gave me. He didn't just toss on some sod and leave, he made sure that this lawn will not have any sink holes or hills. He quoted that he would adjust my sprinklers for me, and when he looked closer at them, he just replaced all the heads and added a new sprinkler on my line for no charge. If I had a question about what he was doing, he took the time to answer me, and come up with workable solutions to all of my yards trouble spots. He made my landscaping into a pleasant experience.

Bill did an excellent job on my front yard. First, he explained to me what he was going to do with my front yard step by step and what kind of sod he would use. Upon agreement, he fixed all of my sprinklers and pipes, planted four roses, placed the most beautiful sod after doing all prep work, and installed wood chips for the roses. Now I am so proud of my front lawn. Bill brought sunshine to my home! I would highly recommend Bill to anyone.

As soon as I hit enter on my Home Advisor request, Bill Detillion immediately called me. We needed to update our sprinklers and re-sod lawn front and back. He came the next day. Bill was very nice and has obvious years of experience. He was so knowledgable. He told us what we needed and what would be the best for our lawn to last beautiful. He started killing the weeds the same day we agreed on his estimate. He had his workers, who were very professional, at the time he said they would be there. He let us know every step that was going on. I can tell he puts a lot of love in his clients lawn. Bill even said he is going to comeback to check on it. He had the work done within the week he said it would take. His service was perfect. We are so happy with the automatic sprinkler system he installed. That alone is priceless! He also added some really nice wood chips on our flower beds and front yard. Thanks Bill! We love our house even more!

Bill Did a miserable job, took forever and made my irrigation worse than when he started. He had one poor old man working for him and he worked him like a slave. Bill told the guy to remove a layer of soil all over and replaced it with soil that had a pH of 9. He must have taken the dirt from his farm and it was soaked with animal urine. Bill wanted a progressive payment for part of the work he "completed". I told him I wasn't happy with what he had done and didn't feel right about paying him until he fixed it. Bill turned the nasty streak on and told me if he didn't get paid now he had no problem walking off the job and leaving everything torn apart and a mess. He took my money, left everything a mess and this was $14,000.-$16,000 job I might as well have thrown away. The right name for this company is WORST Landscaping.

"This job is" 10 "years old. This is one sicko lady. when i arrived 50% of the plants were dead. i did exactly what my contract called for.Even back then I only did high quality jobs. My worker who still works with me was a young talented man. I only buy high quality materials as always. when i was done i showed her husband the job and he said she was off a little. i have never walked off a job, unless the customer failed payments, her water then was a well which often ran dry.I have pictures that show the job was done right and pretty."

"iF you check most of my other job ratings you will see i mostly have 4.0 to 5.0 ratings which is the best their is. so obviously i know my business in landscaping and cement. I feel bad for the young person as I heard them getting bad advise from a family member several times. Also they had a old electric gate setup and we went over it and broke several bolts, and I paid $1400 of my money to update their gate for them. I also removed several trees and plants at no charge. I have an email from them thanking me for the great landscaping job we did. I advised them on several areas of improvements they needed to do and they refused."

Bill Detillion of Best Landscaping called me the same evening I went on HomeAdvisor.com. The work I was interested in was installation of a new backyard lawn, sprinkler system and concrete work. He was able to give me an estimate for all of the work the very next morning. Bill and his crew were very professional,courteous and every day cleaned up after themselves. He kept me informed as to the progression of work and what was to be dom=ne on the following days. I am very happy with the work Bill and his crew did for me.

The crew was very professional, did not leave a mess and finished the job on time. Pricing was fair and seemed to be in the middle of all the quotes I had received. I am very happy with the final outcome of my new patio and would recommend Best Landscaping for your concrete needs.

The project was difficult due to the fact four houses were involved each of which were adjacent to the others. This meant dealing with four different tenants two of whom were difficult and awnery. Bill handled them with professionalism and met his deadlines. There were numerous modifications to the design as the project went along which Bill also handled with professionalism. Bill was on time and there to monitor his workers. All dirt and trash removed prior to completion. Gave good tips on keeping lawn in great condition going forward.

Bill and his helper installed a new sprinkler system in my front yard. It was not pretty, with the connecting valves chewed up like a child went at it with a wrench. The sprinkler heads were not plumb, so the heads pointed somewhat downward, and did not spray the intended area with water. I had dead spots now where the water does not reach. My wife called to ask the sprinkler heads be adjusted correctly, and Bill suggested her husband do it. Way to stand behind your work, Bill! If I had the time to fix Bill's work, I'd have done the job myself. I do NOT recommend.

At first things went well. He showed up on time every day and work got done. On the last day, I had questions about what I saw and told him I expected something a little different. He explained that what I saw was the way it should be. I explained that what we talked about was different than what was done. Finally he said, "Fine, I'll do just to get out of here!" Then he wanted his final check before the job was complete and complained that I didn't trust him when I said I would pay him upon completion, as stated in the contract.

"This customer was very unreasonable. !. He asked for 3ft of dg (decomposed granite-dirt)around future grass area and at end of job complained at footprints as you walk on it. 2. he complained about a sprinkler overlapping on patio, yet when i left job it didn't happen. the wind blows hard in afternoon and effects all sprinklers. 3. his old trees had 6 inches roots sticking up on the dg and compleined, wanting the hundreds of tiny roots removed and i said no 4. he had an old valve that broke and i fixed it for free and saving him #150, we spend two days getting his weeds out of flower beds at no chargs at a labor cost saving him $250"
