Mario had previously done work on my home repairing pieces of trim that had been destroyed by carpenter bees and fixed sections of my gutter and roofing that had not previously been installed properly. Because of this past work, I trusted him and his company employees to do quality work for me. Mario came to my home to inspect, measure, and identify what repairs were required for my cedar fence and had me follow along with him to agree to which boards needed replacing. Upon my request, he provided a written quote, and upon completion of the job he further offered a written one year warranty on materials, labor, and repairs. Once hired, he came out with his different crews to ensure that the work would be carried out properly and provided a thorough explanation of the work required and provided materials they would need to complete the job. He had a crew that replaced cedar fence and support boards and a separate crew that power washed and painted the fence. ALL of his crew were very professional, timely, and stayed focused on the job at hand. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work, expertise, and timeliness of the Best Maintenance Group. I plan to utilize Best Maintenance in the future for other home projects that need to be done. GREAT JOB MARIO AND CREWS!

My detached garage was in need of repair. Mario contacted me the same day I visited Home Advisor and we scheduled a time to meet and review the job. I received the estimate within a day and he worked around my schedule to start the work. The crews were always on time, Mario checked in with me throughout the process and the job was completed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Best Maintenance Group. My garage looks brand new and better than ever before!

The workers were professional and courteous. We had deck stairs rebuilt and repair done to three stories of pressure treated deck wood. Carpentry is very precise. A second team came in to power wash deck and next day applied 5 Gallons of transparent stain on a Saturday morning.

Honest, professional, on time, and did a good job.

This is the third time we have used BMG, and we are extremely happy with all the work they did for us. We had major water damage. Walls and tresses had to be torn out and rebuilt. New windows installed. Drywall and painting as well as flooring. They did it all. A local contractor said it was one of the best repairs he had ever seen! Our house looks better than it did before! Already planning our next upgrade to be done by them.

Mario and his crew were great. They repaired, pressure washed and stained our deck. Very professional and dependable company. Mario went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the job.

I would give BMG 6 stars if i could. Mr. Martinez and his men are professional, polite,and perfectly qualified for any job. In just three day's they replaced several rotted boards, power washed and caulked, and painted our house and transformed it from worn and weather beaten to looking like new again. Everyone who passes by stops and comments on how good it looks and the first question they ask is who did the work? Followed by how did find them and do you have a business card. There is an old saying that you get what you pay for. We got the best. I will definitely hire again. WAM

BMG is a fantastic crew. We had them recently complete two large-scale projects on our house. First we hired them to complete a wood siding replacement job on our house. They replaced a large amount of rotting wood siding that we had. They did a fantastic job. They did a great job of painting and replacing the wood and it looks pristine. Mario is not only an exemplary professional as the head and owner of BMG, but also has fantastic people skills and bends over backwards to serve his customers. We live on Indy East Side and Mario drove over from the west side numerous times to make sure we were happy with everything and to make sure everything was good. We also hired BMG to replace our roof and some window screens and downspouts. Mario sent his crew out on the day they were scheduled to replace the roof and they started at the crack of dawn. They worked very hard and, here is where BMG really shines. There was a massive thunderstorm moving in that was due to hit by 10 or 11PM in the evening. The crew could have easily stopped work for the day and come back the next day like a lot of companies would have, and left the roof unfinished, leaving us exposed to leaks and damage from the storm. But instead, they stayed until the last ray of sun dropped behind the horizon to make sure that the roof was fully finished, the mess was cleaned up, and they were completely out of there. We were astonished at their efforts and couldn't believe the care they showed to get our roof finished to prevent us from having storm damage later that night. BMG is a fantastic, hard-working company and they receive my highest recommendation for any home repairs you need. Give them a call, you will NOT be disappointed.

They had someone out that day to do the work. They were polite and professional. I would easily recommend them, as I will use their services again in the future!
