Very professional, reasonable price and easy to communicate

It was a one stop shopping experience. When you are purchasing granite, quartz or marble countertops you go to a supplier where you choose the particular stone. Then, that stone is delivered to the contractor or the contractor has to pick it up. We started the process that way. We went to two suppliers. We say a few we liked. Then Sinai, the owner of Empire, came to measure to give us a price. He informed us that he has granite in his warehouse just as the others. If we choose from his stock we could same money which I believe we did.

Customer service is very lacking, I have gaps of almost 3/4 between the granite and the wall in some locations. Installers were not really careful during the install, with minor damage on my cabinets as well as my dishwasher. I wish I would have taken more time to look around elsewhere.

Empire was very knowledgeable. They took their time explaining every step and the follow through was exceptional. They were right on time with each step and we are very happy.

The project turned out great. Would definitely hire again. They completed our kitchen and our fireplace. They were on time and always cleaned after themselves.

Sinan who came to measure before and during the process was always available to answer any questions. He allowed me to take my time to make the decision and was never pushy. Overall the installation went well including the tiles. Have a suggestion during the installation to just communicate a little better if there is any change in the person coming to do the work so that we are aware of it and do not start wondering if this person knows what he is doing. (there was no issue with the person who came just a little more communication of any changes would be better)

Its a very good experience with them. Very fast service and many options to select from. I would highly recommend this company.

The workmanship was impeccable by this local business! Sinan took time walking me around the show room while I took my samples out and took pictures to show my husband. We agreed on a granite slab and requested it to be held for us. We went to the show to sign the contract an before we sat down in the office, Sinan suggested we go take a look at the slap to make sure it was what we wanted and to see what we were paying for and the sink that we wanted. The following Friday evening they installed the countertops (5 men = 3 hours). The Saturday after that (due to a weather delay because cutting is done outdoors), we had a matching back splash installed by two men (4 1/2 hours). Ken took the time to make a few samples as I had requested and surprised me with a cutting board from the slab. I am beyond pleased with the work that they did and how professional they were, I highly recommend this company and the team effort. Thank you to all who made our kitchen look so fabulous!

Happy to support a local business, especially when their price came in below major national chains! And the turnaround was SUPER fast! Like head-spin fast! WOW! The countertop is GORGEOUS, and the Installers were neat, clean, pleasant, thorough, quiet and respectful. Wish I had done this years ago. I m moving to CO, but will enjoy this countertop immensely for the next month while I am here. And my buyer is in ❤️🥰❤️ HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Sina and his team are the best! They are kind, patient and professional. I definitely have OCD and I was in search of slabs forever trying to find the perfect one. Jasmine is so sweet and never rushed me and even giving me more information about different stone shops so I have more options for my slabs. Sina and the installers were just so dedicated to what they do and you can tell that they really try their best to meet your satisfaction to the biggest extend. I was concerned about the layout and Sina gave advice based on their extensive experience and I feel lucky that I have their experience backed up for my kitchen project. The installers worked a whole day on my kitchen because I want full backsplash with the slab which took major amount of time. And when I pointed out that I felt upset that we need to use a darker piece that I donâ t like that much for backsplash, they just came up with a solution at the scene and one of the guys went back to their shop and cut another light color piece from their own slab and put on my kitchen! It was just a present surprise. This took them another hour in addition to how long they already had to work that day. They worked non-stop from 10am to 8pm that night and they left everything clean. And considering how much time they worked on the project I believe Sina must have given the best price in the market! I will be also having them to install vanity top and I canâ t wait to have that done soon!

Empire did great work. Showed up when they said they would and offered good suggestions. Installers worked clean and did a great installation. Very pleased with the results.
