Before I was referred to Best Offer by Home Advisor, I contacted several other companies I found on line. These companies turned down my job I assume due to the fact that it was a single window repair. Just too small. Best Offer repaired my 30 year old window efficiently at a very good price

Sam was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did miss our original appointment, and was very apologetic. A minor inconvenience for me, hence only 4 stars on the Customer Service. Clearly wasnt a deal breaker because I plan to have them back again to replace 13 or so windows at a later date. All said, it was a really good experience!

We broke a window, they responded and measured it within an hour. Three days later, the replacement glass was in and fit perfectly. I don t think it could have possibly been faster or better. THANK YOU!!!!

We paid $250.00 for a mirror cabinet to be installed. He installed the cabinet upside down SMS uneven. Had to hire different company to repair damage which costed another$250.00. Total of $500.00 just to install the mirror.

My dishwasher was leaking and they came to do the repair. I could not understand the service technician (who was also the one answering the phone scheduling the appointment(s)) because his (Indian?) accent was so thick I could not make out most words. That in and of itself was incredibly frustrating, but I still decided to hire them. Unfortunately, the technician who attempted the repair did not know what he was doing. He installed the wrong part; it was obviously for another model dishwasher because it clearly didn't fit and he used some kind of tape to try to rig it so it would work. I didn't realize this until the following day when the dishwasher was still leaking. Of course, I called Appliance Doc to report the problem and get them to come fix it properly. He was still barely understandable but clearly became annoyed that I was not satisfied with the work they had done and was told that "they would come back out when they could get to it." I was stunned. They then billed my credit card 4 times, so I had to dispute it with the credit card company. If would NEVER recommend them and would absolutely NEVER use them again. They were horrible.

Technician was honest and forthright and when he deemed that the washing machine could not be fixed affordably, he told us and we value that candor.

I had other repair companies come in to estimate the value of the work both gave me pie in sky estimates,,, Appliance Doc showed up on time, did their work gave an estimate that was realistic in terms of cost
