We were very impressed with our technician. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about the model he was installing. He arrived on time and reviewed the process thoroughly. He even programmed both garage doors to work with the new remote.

My old tracks and the rollers and related accessories were in perfect condition, but your technician Carlos charged me a HIDDEN PRICE for the brand new tracks and rollers and related accessories in my door price without my knowledge. This is dishonestly viewed by anyone. I only needed a new door and nothing else as shown in the contract, and hence the price should have been much lower than $800.00 (I did appreciate the $49.00 senior discount). I am a retired senior and should not have accepted such a high price for a single garage door, and I should have been more careful if I hadn't been rushed by my personal schedule to get the repair done. Every time I thought about it, I got burned up.

You can;t beat same day service. Carlos went above and beyond to help us get a repair that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Janet in the office was very helpful also.

Minor gripe in that my appointment was at 9 but I got a call at 8:56 that my technician was about 20 minutes away. Other than that, Carlos was very friendly, professional and worked very quickly and efficiently. The prices were fair and similar to previous door repair jobs that I can recall.

I had already placed an order with Home Depot. After waiting two months, I used Home Advisor for the first time. Janet was very friendly and accommodating, even initially answering on the weekend and again after hours the next time I called. The workers were quite pleasant, cleaned up after the job and were willing to go above and beyond. The job came in $300 below Home Depot which allowed me to get a new opener after the site visit revealed 8 inches of missing teeth. I understand mechanically why a new one was necessary and did not feel like I was being upsold at all. Strongly recommend Best Option!!
