Eric is the owner and is on every job. He went above and beyond to make us happy. The quality of the work was exceptional, it looked better than before the storm thanks to BOR. He was at my house an hour after I called and saved us money by using his warm heat dryers. As a single mom I really appreciate having someone I can trust work in my home , he worked hard to keep the job as affordable as possible and that is something you do not see everyday

Water Removal Recovery Service
A pipe burst in my kitchen completely flooding the area. I called at 1am in the morning and I had someone here in less then 2hrs!!! I have never had that prompt of service EVER!!! The job was done in a timely fashion along with excellent service. Definitely worth every penny!!!!

Excellent all around service! Arrived on time and walked the entire job with me to make sure I understood what was to be done and they made sure all my expectations where meet. They even left the job site cleaner than it was when they arrived. They also identified a mold issue in our bathroom and explained all the options and concerns so we could make a informed decision on how to proceed. I was so impressed with their services and prices that I will make sure to always reach out them first for any future work!
