We had water coming into our home because the weep holes on a window ac were plugged. The water went down the wall and was dripping from my family room ceiling onto the wood floor. A friend knew Brandon at Best Option Restoration. He called for me and Brandon was here right away. He used 6 fans and an industrial dehumidifier to get my ceiling/drywall dried out. Brandon was respectful of my house, and myself. He described everything so that I knew exactly how the process would work.
