He is a lier and scamer. Do not hire him. He is dishonest and charges you extra to provide the same svc you already paid for..He is nice unless you have have a complaint or question about his svc.

Scott is professional and kind. He knows pests and their behaviors, and the science of their extermination. He is consistent, he follows up, and he offers maintenance as well as short term services. He is also willing to explain his works as I follow him to each bait station, asking questions. He long term agreements can cover multiple types of pests, and are flexible to meet the customer's changing needs. I highly recommend his service.

Scott has been AMAZING in my battle against rats in and around my home. He is responsive, kind, prompt, and ALWAYS willing to come out and help. I bought the three month package (guaranteed three visits every 30 days), but he has come out multiple times in between those service dates to help with a fly problem, an odor problem, and just to add more bait. I couldn't recommend his services enough.

Scott is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He responded quickly and came out the next day to do the thorough inspection of the yard and garage for signs of entry. He found the entry point and will seal it once the rodents are removed from the crawl space. He placed bait stations around the yard and crawl space, and will return weekly for the first month to check the bait and replace as needed. Scott gave me peace of mind that the problem was under control. It was a pleasure to meet Scott and do business with him. I highly recommend him for your pest control issues.
