They called me early this morning from an e-mail I sent them yesterday and were able to send a technician today to repair my toilet which ran off and on. My technician, Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He was exited when he got the toilet to stop making bubbling sounds. He was very careful with clean up where he worked and informed me of what my charges would be. I am happy that they can also do water heaters, heating and air conditioning. I got a nice review off of "my Neigborhood." I would recommend Bishops for any plumbing, heating or air conditioning job!

The telephone receptionists were helpful. Our plumber was Bryon. He was friendly and did a great job.

Luke came out to assess a broken water heater for me that ended up leading to a replacement. He provided detailed quotes for multiple different options on the replacement, and after stepping me through each one we eventually settled on replacing the old storage tank heaters with a tankless setup. He returned with Joe a few days later to work on the removal of the old tanks and installation of the new tankless system. Both Luke and Joe wore masks and were very mindful of social distancing while completing the project. They were both very friendly and answered any questions I could possibly have. They left the work space cleaner than when they had arrived which was a pleasant surprise. Now i am enjoying the endless hot water from the tankless setup, while also having a much tidier utility room. Bishop is definitely going to be my first call for any future issues!

My water heater is shot, sink is plugged up, and one of the toilets stopped working. So what did I do? I called Bishop Plumbing! They dispatched Joe immediately. Upon arrival he assessed all of our problems. He explained to us exactly what was the solution to each of our concerns. Joe took on each task and completely solved everything! These guys are the real deal-thanks again!!!!!
