Best Plumbing did a fantastic job installing my new hot water heater for a fair honest price. Ben was at the house on time and did a quality install to meet code requirements. I have found my new plumber.

Ben was awesome! When I called he answered on the first ring, listened to my problem, and we talked about a solution. He gave me a fair price over the phone, and he was able to come out next day (on a Saturday even) and install the new water heater. He was courteous, professional, and a joy to work with. Installation was professional quality, he cleaned everything up and removed the old water heater. I would recommend him to anyone with water heater issues or just needing some plumbing help!!

Stan and his partner did an excellent job with my gas install and the gas cooktop! They were on time they explained evetythig, and they completed the job within a few hours! I highly recommend!

Stan with Best Plumbing was fantastic. He worked on a handful of small repairs for us including a hose bib, toilet and faucet. He was courteous, fast and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend these guys for your home projects. I will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs. Hired them to clear a very clogged floor drain in the basement and reroute some problem plumbing. We all know how it is when you put a project up on Home Advisor looking for Pros, you get a ton of voicemails from the different companies and it can be a bit overwhelming. From the moment I listened to Ben's voicemail I felt like he took the time to really read the project details that I had provided and understood the problems of having an older home in KC. They came by for an appraisal and were on-time and very professional and took the time to disucss all of the options with me. I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of for not knowing about plumbing or what would need to be done. There was a blizzard the day before the scheduled work and the roads were still a mess. Ben was great about communicating and dispite the roads they made it to my place and completed everything in a few hours.

Super great Company to work with. Showed up when he said, did the work in a very reasonable amount of time and gave us a great price. They are now our plumbing company. Had to install a gas line from the lower level to the upper level. Had to determine where the gas line was downstairs to tie into before taking it upstairs. Did this through a finished ceiling in our family room. Hooked up and leveled the new stove. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks again.
