Brad and Chris are awesome! Brad especially has been in the business for years and really knows his stuff! We have a very large project that has a lot of custom plumbing. Both Brad and Chris go the extra mile and do quality work. Joe needs his office assistant!

Bought contract to maintain our sprinkler system. Joe will not return our phone calls to activate system.
Response by Best Plumbing & Heating, LLC: Good afternoon Chuck, If we have caused you any inconvenience, we apologize. It was not our intention. I received your call Wednesday and I called back Thursday afternoon, after we had gone over the scheduling, to get you on the schedule for start up of your irrigation and take care of anything else that was needed while we were there. We have started scheduling all service agreements just this week, as we usually start them in June. I called because we were going to put you on the schedule for today between 1:30 - 2:30. I tried to explain this when I called you. Please let us know if you change your mind for start up. This start up does not cost you because you have already paid (unless you have repairs that need to be done). Thank you, Marcia Pariseau Office Manager

Just like when they did my Shower they were quick, professional, fair priced, and did a complete job. I won’t use anyone else but “Best” for theses type of jobs

They contacted me the next day and scheduled an appointment almost immediately. The guys were there within 15 minutes because they had just finished a prior job. They worked quickly and neatly. the old faucet was removed and the new one was installed within 40-45 minutes!

Project: Repair a Tankless Water Heater System
They stayed in touch and confirmed the appointment much like a doctors office since we had to wait for parts to arrive. Made repair as estimated. Thorough clean up. Would definitely hire again.

Vey professional. Arrived on time. Did excellent work. Will use them again in the spring to turn the sprinklers back on. I will also have them fix some of my sprinkler that my puppy tore out. I will use them again and I will recommend them to other people.
