Best is best for a reason: Kathy in the office was quick to respond to my water heater problem and quickly scheduled a replacement at a reasonable price . Joe, the owner, came out to check the size and space for the water heater and then sent Ralph the next day to do the replacement. Ralph was great! He removed the old water heater and installed the new one very quickly. He also tested my water pressure and installed a new valve. The old one was rusted and set too high. He also noticed and photographed damage to the water pipe in the kitchen that led to the sewer line, that was damaged by a previous contractor. Ralph did a really great job and cleaned up the areas when he was finished. I am so grateful I found BEST! They are fast to respond to your needs, have reasonable prices and are very knowledgeable . It is refreshing to find a trustworthy company.

Well, the pro that worked on my project was friendly but he tried to take off after he finished without showing me the finished results. I ran to his car to stop him when my wife realized. When he came back in I pointed out areas that he missed including an area where old caulking over mildew remained. He correct the issues and said goodbye. I am waiting to see the results after 24hr when the caulking drys.

Joe and his guys are very professional. Recently my gas water heater sprung a leak. Joe himself was at my house the same day that I called to diagnose the problem. He gave me an estimate on-site, and he stuck to it with no hidden or extra charges!!! Also, the water heater was replaced in less than 24 hours!!! The job was done CLEAN and FAST, at a FAIR PRICE!!! I would advise everyone to call Joe at Best!!!

Joe came and installed a valve under the house to shut off water to the house if our leak detection system goes off. Very professional, on time, very reasonable price. They also put a pump under the house for drainage should the need arise. They installed a reverse osmosis unit and new kitchen faucet and disposal. They have also been here for other issues. I am always scheduled timely depending on the problem--sometimes they are able to come the same day. They are incredibly thorough and I so appreciate being one of their customers!

I know that I needed this job done and this company did a good job. I don't know what rates are for such work, but I was surprised that the bill for 225 hours of work (2 workers) was over $600. Seemed high to me, but it may not be. I just know that with a Master's + if I sub teach, I get a little over $90./day so something is out of whack

They are very mindful of the needs of a person. They did extra work and didn't charge us for it. That really helped. The work is very good!

They came soon after (within an hour) they were called, and a couple of hours later, all repairs were done, tested, and they were on their way. Excellent, courteous, and professional!

Brad and Chris are awesome! Brad especially has been in the business for years and really knows his stuff! We have a very large project that has a lot of custom plumbing. Both Brad and Chris go the extra mile and do quality work. Joe needs his office assistant!

They contacted me the next day and scheduled an appointment almost immediately. The guys were there within 15 minutes because they had just finished a prior job. They worked quickly and neatly. the old faucet was removed and the new one was installed within 40-45 minutes!
