I had the misfortune of hiring Faldi to completely rebuild our pool two years ago, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to address various issues with our pool, Faldi consistently fails to deliver on his promises. Every time I ask him to come back and rectify the problems, he assures me he will, but he never follows through. Under Faldi's supposed care, our pool has deteriorated into a disaster. We have bricks sinking, water seeping into our lights, and an overflow system that is completely dysfunctional. It's evident that Faldi lacks the necessary , professionalism and expertise to handle problems he created. If you value your sanity and wish to avoid a pool catastrophe, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Faldi. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more reliable and competent pool service company.

Having been through a bad experience, we met Fadi and he does what he says he will do. Still a work in progress, but we are excited for the outcome. A couple of more days and we will have a brand new pool!!!
