A terrible experience and choice to have hired Best roofing. Please don't make the same mistake we regrettably made. Poor quality WORK. NONEXISTENT customer service. We were constantly lied to and given the run around about issues with the extremely poor quality work done on our roof. A warranty is worthless if a company refuses to stand by their work. Unless you enjoy over paying for sub par work don't consider doing business with this very shady company. AVOID Best Roofing at all costs.

The quality of this company and the people working for them cannot be . Domonique handled the bid process, contracting and payment processes with courtesy, understanding and efficiency. Jason, Josh and the other professionals on the job were outstanding. The crews were technically competent, but also took great pains to provide quality work and personal attention to detail. I was recovering from surgery so got an opportunity to watch them closer than I normally would have. Workmanship, professionalism and service matter most when they donâ t know they are being watched. These guys were exemplary in every way. I couldnâ t be happier and honored to work with such great people and great company.

Fantastic job. True professionals. The crew were perfectionists and did everything they could to make me happy. It rained all day the final day of the job and they kept going with same positive upbeat commitment to the job. My roof is beautiful. All this at a very competitive price.

Very professional team. Arrived on time, stayed late most days, fully cleaned up the site at the end of each day, and showed up on Saturday to finish the job. Would definitely recommend.

Lest you think that we are relatives or employees due to my exaltation of this company: We had gathered several bids from other Lane County roofers and were appalled by used car salesman high- pressure tactics, bids of $47,000 trimmed down to $26,000 with fake phone calls to suppliers and phony discounts; off-the-cuff bids without inspection; sign today or forget-it pressure; $9000 to do repair that BEST needed under $100 to fixâ ¦ I could go on.

After collecting several bids for a new roof and gutters on our south Eugene home, we selected BEST Roofing to do our project. From the outset we were impressed with the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the staff at BEST, beginning with Domonique in the office, patiently walking us through the bid process and always there to answer our quesions; Michael who coordinated our project and kept us up-to-date on each step; and Josh who supervised onsite and included us in his final inspection. Through every step of the project the BEST team worked closely with us, insuring we would get the kind of durable and attractive roof we could be happy with for the next 25 years. We couldn't be happier with our roof and just as importanty, with the outstanding communication and service we received from the folks at BEST Roofing. They get our highest recommendation!

Phenomenal work. Evident the team has worked together a long time. Efficient, fast, stellar work. Replaced skylight, shingles, sealed everything, cleaned roof/gutters, then cleaned yard better than it was before. Hauled everything away. Priced less than 3 other quotes. A week later I was worried about one spot, they had a guy out in less than 24 hours (turns out it was an old spot that I could now see with the improved lighting). Could not recommend more! You might wait a bit due to current demand but well worth the wait.

We used BEST Roofing for a Roof Inspection and Moss Removal/treatment, which was very reasonable compared to other companies we've worked with. We communicated mainly with one of the owners, Jason Gerber, who was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We appreciated how thorough they were, how they even took pictures of the roof, and shared the report with us to compare for the next time they come to check on the roof. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for any roofing needs.

The employees were on time worked all day and completed the job in 2days. Clean up for me was nothing they did it all. Couldnâ t tell they were here other a new roof was in the house.

Best did an amazing job on my 4 roofs, including cleaning 9 skylights, moss removal and treatment, clearing leaves/debris off gutters and roof tops...all in a bit over 4 hours! All debris was tarpwd and hauled away as well. Great results for the price I was quoted. Definitely will use them again in the future!

Itâ s pretty hard to evaluate quality workmanship three weeks after 30 year roofer is put on. Superficially looks quite good.

BEST used top quality materials, performed with the highest level of professional skill, did an immaculate job of clean up and were in and out in one day on our 1100 sq ft roof. All at a great price.
