Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it.

Best Quality Mivers moved our household items from Minnesota to LAs Vegas and ?lost? over $11,000 worth of tools. They also delivered items to us that have someone else?s label in them. Do not use these movers.

Danielle, the move organizer, was extremely easy to work with and was always available with sensible advice. Both the pickup/packing team and the delivery team were timely, professional and efficient as well as being very pleasant to interact with. One suggestion: pickup truck desperately need several new tires for safety and maneuverability especially on hilly dirt roads. The driver would have also benefited from more training on such roads. All in all the move went very well with Best Qualty and Id hire the company again.

I had my first move with this company, and I was very happy with how smooth everything went ? no unexpected expenses. It was a local move, and three guys helped move my 2-bedroom apartment into a house. What I really appreciated was that all my items were protected with special wrap. The only thing I think can do better is notify when they are going to deliver. I was not notified when my items would be delivered the delivery just showed up. But the pickup and delivery was excellent.

The office visit was great. I had an exceptional experience with best quality movers while relocating my studio apartment. From the initial booking to the final delivery their team displayed professionalism and great care. I was particularly worried about my peloton bike and cold plunge ice bath, but their expertise was evident. They packed and transported both items without a single scratch. Top notch service from both Alex and Leo! I had to do an out of state move recently and reached out to the company at the last minute. Regardless of the short notice, they were extremely responsive and were able to accommodate my tight schedule. Honestly, I could not have done this move without them -- they relieved so much stress off my back and made the whole process smooth sailing! They let me use their plastic crates for my move, delivering them two days before and allowing me to keep them for five days after. On top of that they were punctual, communicative, respectful, and very professional. Prices are reasonable especially considering the awesome service they provided. I could not thank Best Quality Movers enough for all the help!

I moved with these guys a couple of months ago. First of all, the salesperson was very nice and provided me with a couple of quotes with different options. I chose the one with packing included. The booking process was very easy. The guys arrived with all the special materials and packed all my items. Then, I had a special request about my delivery to Oklahoma. They have a window for that, but I asked if they could deliver my items sooner. They told me they could try, but usually, itâ s within a specific window. They notified me at every step after the pickup. The delivery arrived much sooner than I expected. Unloading was amazing with the same guys from the company, Best Quality Movers. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this company and will definitely choose them again in the future.
