Best Quality Painting does great work. They went above and beyond and did everything I requested and then some. I highly recommend for interior and exterior painting.

At the beginning of the job, the owner and crew were satisfactory. However, there were some areas that we discussed at the end and after payment that needed to be repainted or touched up where the stucco was not completely painted. The owner agreed to come back to complete the work. The owner has not returned to complete the work and has stop answering my calls and responding to my texts. UPDATE: The owner reached out via text after this review posted. saying he would come by on Friday to finish the work. Friday has come and gone, but the owner Robert again has not kept his word. I would not recommend this company for poor quality customer service and unfinished work. UPDATE 02-16-2021 The owner came and he completed the work.

The crew should up on time did everything according to the estimate. We did a work through after to ensure we were satisfied with their work.

This company was the best company i have had the pleasure of working with Robert and Roy were very attentive to every need i had. The crew was fast and very clean. I got 4 estimates and Robert's was not only the cheapest but he was the only one who was using top of the line paint from Sherwin williams.i highly recommended this company.

When we hired this company, we were told he would have a full crew and it would take 3-4 days. He never had a full crew and it took 9 days. I can t help but to think of this company on a daily basis as everywhere I look around there are paint splotches they left. They were very messy and we ended up cleaning a lot of their mess! When the job was done, they left us with a mess! My whole master closet shelves came tumbling down with all my clothes on them because they did not put the screws back in studs. I have found shelving not put back up properly since they finished. Nothing is supported. Had to have my handyman come out and fix all of it. (But will have to say they reimbursed me for that) I have pictures of paint splotches left everywhere. Our garage floor painting is now coming up and peeling. They were sloppy by not putting down drop cloths. And if I had known that he put a drug addict on my job, I would have fired them right then but I did not find that out until the job was done. Not too professional.

They did our house and a couple in our neighborhood. Easy to work with, good price and quality work in a timely manner

Roy is the best! He’s a perfectionist, personable and trustworthy. He painted our 2 story house and also painted trim on some of our windows. Our house looks brand new. We will definitely use them again and we could not be happier.

Robert (owner) and Roy (painter) were very personable and fun to work with. Roy did most of the painting and did a masterful job. He was very focused and did not make any mistakes in painting our entire exterior. He was careful to take extra steps to do the job right. Robert has done well in hiring Roy. Robert follows up well and offers a truly (quality) job at a very fair price. I highly recommend Best Quality Painting. You will not be disappointed.

Hiring Best Quality Painters to paint my home exterior was one of the best decisions I ever made! Robert and Roy are true professionals, very fast to respond, and communicated every step of the way. They explained and itemized everything upfront, with no hidden charges. They paid the utmost attention to every detail, and treated my home as if it was their own. They listened, answered all questions, and they will even advise you on color selection if you need them. They inspected, sealed, and used the highest quality materials. They were respectful of my time and my property, cleaning everything and completing the job on time. Both are very friendly and courteous, and I could tell they love what they do! I ended up hiring them to do some other minor handy work which I was totally impressed with. My home of 20 years has never looked better! I am on a very tight budget, and honestly I expected them to bid high on my job, but the BEST part is their price was extremely reasonable and VERY AFFORDABLE!! I will definitely be using them in the future, and have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Robert and his crew worked on painting our home during the rainiest week of weather on record in years. Still, they managed to get the job done well and timely. My house looks brand new. We are now contracting with them for some interior painting as well. They are living up to their name.

We hired Robert for 2 things. The big project was to paint our whole interior of our new home. The smaller project was to install a shiplap accent wall in our living room. When we first met with Robert, he was very friendly, and I liked him right away. I could tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work (especially his painting.) I could tell he was doing to do a great job painting our home. Plus, the cost was incredibly reasonable. When we did the initial walkthrough with Robert, we asked him if he did other types of jobs. We said we were interested in doing a shiplap accent wall in our living room, and he said he would be able to do that for us. All we needed to do was purchase the materials, and he would install the shiplap and paint it for us. We were so excited! We felt good about hiring him to help us start to make our new home feel start to feel pretty special. The first part of the job was the interior painting. That part of the experience was great! Robert seemed very professional. They showed up on time, and I did not even have to be home while they worked. That was really convenient! Plus, I have to say, they did a fantastic job painting If you are looking for a great quality paint job, and you are hoping to not spend a fortune, Robert may be the right choice for you. So, you are probably wondering why I gave only 2 stars. Here is where things went south. After the paint job was done, we discussed how to move forward with the shiplap wall. Robert said to purchase the materials, have an electrician come out and move some electrical, cable, etc. so we could hide things behind the TV after we mount it on the completed shiplap wall. He said to then give him a call to get on his schedule to finish that part of the job. So we bought the materials, and we hired an electrician to come out and do his thing. I called Robert, and he put us on his schedule for the shiplap installation. We had a conflict come up when we realized that we had our floors scheduled to be installed the same day Robert was supposed to do the shiplap. We figured we would just push back a little with Robert. I called and spoke with him. He said that was fine and that we could just do the following weekend. Well, I texted him a few days before the new scheduled day to make sure we were still on, and did not get back to me. At that point, I was not upset, as I figured he was probably just busy. I called the following day and got his voicemail. I left him a message and said that I wanted to make sure he got my text, and I was just trying to touch base to see if we were still on or if we needed to reschedule. I did not hear back from him that day either. So now it is Friday, the day before he said he would do the installation, and I have not heard from him. OK, at this point, I was pretty upset. I decided to give him one last try. I called and actually got an answer, to my surprise. I said, Hi, Robert. This is Scott, He starts to say, Hello? Hello. Hello? Whoever this is, I am in a bad place, and I cannot hear you. You are going to have to call me back At this point, I just have to laugh. I will never know if he could actually hear me or not. I am going to assume he actually could not. What are the odds, right? So, later that day, I called, and I got his voicemail. Ha! I left him a message explaining that I had left him a text and a voicemail and had not hear back from him. I said I was just trying to get simple yes or no answer to whether or not he could do the shiplap wall and that I would appreciate the courtesy of a reply. I never heard back from him ever. Yes, I am furious. Of course, I am. We paid him a lot of money to paint our home. But we also agreed to have him complete the other job. My anger is not about him not doing the shiplap wall it is about him refusing to get back to me. How completely unprofes.

They were very nice I can leave them here and not be worried the job they did was excellent I have no problem with giving them a recommendation very nice and a great job

The job was well done, and we also appreciated the price for the painting project.

Though the job took a little longer than expected, Robert made sure that we were completely happy with all the work. His pricing came in slightly lower than other painters and we were very happy with the finished result.
