I actually have used them before Home Advisor on other repair work for Temite on several properties. I called Home Advisor, I didn’t realize Best Rate Repair does balcony repairs, I contacted Home Advisor and they recommended a company I have already used before. Best Rate Repair and Termite Repair is a great company to use and they are recommended by Home Advisor, I know now they are a great company to work with.

Jeff and his team did an excellent job on repairing my deck. The work was completed on time and they were very neat each and every day. Very pleased !

Great value. Good customer service. They were on time. They completed the work when they said they would. The clean up after the work was great except for the person that did the stucco, he made a mess in my driveway.
