on Aug 2023 they came out to put a outlet so I can connect my E.V to have a faster charge. Now on Feb 2025 the outlet almost caught my garage on fire. I called them to let them know that the outlet they had installed almost caught my garage on fire. Luckily I had come home when I saw the smoke. So when the technician came out to look at the damages. The first thing he had asked me was if the item was UL listed? And of course I had no idea what he was asking. And when he found out that item was not, he said that it was the chargers fault. I went to ask him that shouldn't the other technician should have told me that ? That it is not safe to plug things into the socket which they put in for me to give the customer safety tips before they do any kind of work. Isn't that the reason why we hire professionals so we are aware. Because that is the first thing they told me when they came to look at the damages. Central A/C - Service or Repair
I had service lion perform a tune up on my HVAC unit. The pressure was high so they said we need to do three things to fix it: replace the valve, swap out the pipe, and flush out all the fluid inside. They said because it was so labor intensive and would take all day the price was $2,400 but gave me a discount down to 2k and made me pay the entire amount before the work was done. The next day the guy showed up and wanted to check to make sure it needed to be done. He then swapped out the valve and said it was all fixed. The entire fix took ONE HOUR. I paid 2k for a new valve and 1 hour of labor. I feel I was ripped off because I didnâ t actually need all the work donâ t that I paid for and when I tried calling twice to ask them about it they said they would have someone return my call but no one ever called me back. It is wrong to make someone pay before the work is completed. It could have been an honest mistake and maybe I was just charged the wrong amount but the fact that they wonâ t return my calls leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.

The technician and the office staff was very professional, showed up on time and knew exactly how to address the plumbing issue. cleared the clog drain right away and did some extra cleaning of the drain so it would flow better. I recommend them and will call them back in the future.

They put in a generator transfer switch.for me for a 5500W portable generator. Other electricians didnâ t want the job as they would rather install large stationary generators which costs a lot more. They came back to make sure the generator would power the house, and they had to make an adjustment so it would work properly. If you need this kind of work, call them.

I didn't like how this pro did all that was a just simple project to install some chandelier and he did even give me a price or range over the phone to how much this was going to take and he finished not really good with a ridicules price to get it done just in two hours

The customer service quality was poor. They introduced themselves but did not offer any proof they were who they said they were. The truck did not have a logo on it, they shirts did not have logos on them. I never saw any proof they were Service Lion. I asked for a receipt and was told they would request it from the office and have it emailed to me. It has been a week and I have not seen it. Am I old fashioned in what I want. I have ALWAYS gotten a receipt for services paid for.

We have purchased new trucks lately and not all of them are wrapped with our vehicle graphics yet. We have been doing as many as our graphics vendor can do but they are extremely busy and the vehicle wraps take 1-2 days to complete. We are working on it.
