We recently purchased a home in the Houston area. The home needed some updating; painting, countertops, kitchen, bathrooms- all remodeled. The company we used completely dropped the ball, their work was a disaster, we were devastated. Linda was a prayer answered. She went through every area of the house and came up with a plan. It was so bad that we had to get a structural engineer. Linda's people worked through every issue that was uncovered, there were multiple surprises. Knowing what we had been through, Linda tried to get pricing down where she could. The house is finished and was exactly what I had envisioned. I recently had a house project completed that included fixing leaks and installing new under stairs projects. The crew was fast and friendly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Linda was exceptional. She stayed on top of everything, her crews are always on time, very professional and very polite. They also keep our house very clean, they lay out protective paper and plastic and make sure to protect our other areas and furniture. Linda also frequently visiting to check on progress and making sure we were satisfied with the work. The team's speed and dedication to getting the job done were impressive. I was in the middle of a very bad experience with another contractor, having had no usable master bathroom for three months after demolition. Best Surface Source came in very quickly, studied the situation, discussed the plan, and I had a quote that same night. Linda, the owner, was on the site every day checking the work, and she offered some really fabulous design ideas that hadn't occurred to me. Her employees were true craftsmen -- the tile is beautiful, the custom built cabinets are eye-popping, and as far as I can tell there isn't even a tiny misstep on any of it. I don't believe I even discussed a punch list with her when the job was completed, it was that good. I already have plans to hire Best Surface Source for my second bathroom and installation of a new floor in my bedroom and den. I cannot say enough about how totally pleased I was with every aspect of our project together. Oh, and they completed the total renovation of a master bath with custom cabinetry, double vanity, new lighting and plumbing and wiring, etc., in under three weeks. How I wish I'd called them first!

We recently purchased a 1950’s build and wanted to make a few updates and add some more usable storage space. Scope included building a pantry cabinet/coffee bar and updating the bathrooms from the last renovation that was completed in the early 2000’s. Best Surface Source was the perfect combination of price, quality and speed for us. Even with adding multiple additional scope items including painting bedrooms and patching sheetrock Linda and Fermin worked tirelessly to get us moved in on time.

We hired Best Surface Source for a remodel of our living room which encompassed various trades -- wood look tile and carpet floor installation, some drywall and trim work, painting, and ultimately a bit of structural/carpentry. Linda was very communicative and provided great customer service, and Fermin and his crew were friendly and tidy. There were a few issues here and there with the tile and drywall job, but Linda and Fermin worked to resolve them as they were identified. Overall, we are pleased with the way the room turned out, and I feel that the price was fair.

I just had my kitchen remodeled. I love Linda and her crew. They were there all the way for every detail. They were puntual and clean and very professional. Certain beams in the attic were beginning to buckle and I needed immediate help. Linda's team came out to evaluate the problem; not only that, I was having an issue with the attic ladder which her team informed me they could repair. After the workers completed their evaluation of the issues Linda provided an estimate which I thought was a good price for the work to be done. I was informed this was a small job however Linda and her team at Best Surface Source provided excellent customer service, exceptional skill with perfection and very good work ethic. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Best Surface Source for concrete installation, concrete removal and adjustment, asphalt work, bathroom remodeling, exterior tile installation and paver repair and replacement. I call them whenever I have a project and, more often than not, they are able to help me. Pricing is extremely competitive and the workers are incredibly knowledgeable and polite. Linda and her team were very efficient and thorough. Linda provided some suggestions on how to optimize the project, and the quality of the work was very good.

At first I thought they were very--too expensive, but, they also painted my bedrooms and did an exceptional job. The crew scrapped and sanded and got rid of the old paint. They did a lot of work to prepare for painting. I had never had a painter in my home that worked that hard. They usually just painted over old paint.
