These guys will take your money and run. They beat me for 16,000, so buyer beware. Complete incompetence, I still have a bucket under every vent to catch the water. And they do not even care. They ignore me, and the better business bureau too.

Business was extremely responsive, in fact, they arrived an hour early. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly (and funny) and made the necessary troubleshoot, maintenance and repairs to my gas burner. Price was also in line for the work performed. Central A/C Installation
Had a new Lennox central A/C system installed in April 2015. Install seemed to go well, system worked fine for summer of 2015. In March 2016 before I started up the system I changed out the air filter. The filter that was in the system was covered in mold. I called the company and was told that for the current season to remove the filter once the season ends and to put a plastic covering inside the return. I just removed the current air filter and once again it has mold on it. I've been told by others that this shouldn't be happening in a brand new system.

"Customer satisfaction is our # 1 priority! With that said, we have to be informed when a custom is not satisfied. I was surprised to see this review as I have not spoken to this customer in a year. The lennox system that we installed as far as we know is cooling as designed and was installed as per manufacturer and local code. I would suggest calling the office to schedule a professional to look at the issue. As far as the possibility of mold on the paper binding of the filter, this isn't something we have seen before and not a common problem. With so many factors that can play a part in mildew or mold I would have the home checked for proper insulation, venting of kitchen hoods and bath exhaust fans etc. also excessive shade from trees, temperature changes and or running temps of heating and cooling all can play a part. Sorry to hear that you are not happy but with out seeing what is going on I can't help you."

installed a New central air system . First didn't finish the installation. the second finished system and charge system. When system kept recycling He didn't know what was wrong. Best-Temp Technician found the problem, replaced part under warrant and system is running fine. Excellent service and very fair price.
