He has very poor communication, is disrespectful, and does not keep his word. He makes promises that he does not keep and makes many excuses for not doing the work he said he would.

I had these people install Christmas lights. They did a terrible job! The lights came off the house after two days. We had 7 lights burn out. After multiple calls, they never returned to fix. I spoke with the owner who said he would pay back the labor portion of the cost. Of course, he never did. At the end of the season, they never returned to take the lights down. Of course, this was pretty easy on my part, as most of the lights had already fallen off the house. The owner will lie about all the follow-up maintenance. Find someone else to do your lights...they suck!!
