Tree Trimming
AMAZING company & team work. Prompt, professional & friendly. Did a beautiful job trimming my 2 Crepe Myrtle’s, 2 Queen Anne Palms & removing overgrowth on my back fence. Also cut the additional Crepe Myrtle stump down.
Very hard working & honest individuals. In my opinion, they deserve above
a 5 star rating.
Thank you!

Tree Trimming
This was a tricky tree trimming job given that I had an old oak tree that had dead branches threatening to break loose over my pool enclosure. Complicating matters was the fact that the tree also spreads over onto the marshland between the pool enclosure and the intercostal water way, limiting equipment positioning. In addition, moving the proper equipment to the back yard job location is tight. Jay and his guys had to negotiate around an underground propane tank that held the potential to be damaged should heavy equipment pass over it.
Jay and his crew arrived on time on the day promised. They negotiated a spider lift to the job site without damaging the lawn and propane tank. They also trimmed the branches without damage to the pool enclosure and cleaned up all the debris before leaving.
In short, this crew brought the right equipment for the job, showed up when they said that they would, did the job for the agreed upon price, and cleaned up afterwards.

Tree Removal
I highly recommend this tree company. I was facing an HOA violation deadline and needed to replace a small tree with a mature tree quickly. I reached out to several other companies, but most either ghosted me entirely, didn't seem to understand my specific needs, or dismissed the job as "too small" to bother with. This company was completely different. They responded promptly, listened carefully to what I needed, and went above and beyond by sourcing and installing a beautiful, very large mature tree in record time. They prioritized safety by calling 811 to mark underground utilities before digging, which gave me total peace of mind. The installation was efficient, clean, and the team was courteous and respectful of my property. Outstanding communication, excellent workmanship, and a genuine willingness to help with what others saw as a minor job. If you're dealing with tree services and want a company that actually cares, these are the ones to call. Five stars!

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Jay and his crew did an excellent job getting my yard back in shape. Fantastic job trimming our Queen Palm and shrubs, weeding, mulching and planting new annuals. Installed drainage in back yard to minimize washout from rain with excellent clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend and will request their services again for any future needs.

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
Terrific job by Best Tree and Landscaping Service. They looked at our existing landscaping, retained and rehabilitated as much as they could and gave us options on what new plantings we should incorporate. They provide what is truly a turnkey service in that they also evaluate the existing sprinkler system and adjust/upgrade as needed, reset/clean pavers as needed and the cleanup includes hauling away all of the lawn waste. The cost was reasonable and the proposal laid everything out in detail. The communication was excellent, quick service and follow through to make sure we were satisfied. We were very satisfied and highly recommend Best Tree and Landscaping.

Tree Trimming
Mr. Culbertson came out minutes after my call into "Angi" he came out to assess and straight out quoted the project. Once his team arrived they ( 3 ) went at it. Methodically spread out and within 2.5 hours, tackled a 6-7 month neglected yard. Also adding in some "treè-triming" in the back! The team were articulate and extremely thorough per square feet, front, side yard & back yard, backyard being the most work at. From trim to 3 cut to tree trim.... I highly recommend "Best T?èe Service" and will call on them for a monthly program! Thank you kindly.... Mr. J Culberth..... great job!!!

On a scale of 1-5, this company gets a 10! * * * * * * * * * * Post hurricanes Helene and Milton, a one-ton live oak branch overhung the sidewalk. Jay Culberth, Best Tree and Landscaping Service in Neptune Beach. returned a worried call on a Sunday and was standing under the limb 20- minutes later! FANTASTIC!! On time the next morning with his towering rig and two helpers, the dangerous limb was promptly carted away. Jay knew what needed to be done & delivered. Excellent customer service, prompt work, and fair prices from a LOCAL, vetted company who KNOWS how to do the job - with integrity and gratitude.
